AI Prompt Configuration: fix missing prompts and weak AI results

You may also see "⚠️ Missing title/description prompt — set it in settings" in the Activity Log.

Cause: The DropFlowLister AI didn't get a title or description prompt for an eBay listing. Fix:

1. Open eBay Settings → AI Prompt Configuration in the popup, or the same section in Flow Lister.
2. Click Restore Default under Title Prompt.
3. Click Restore Default under Description Prompt.
4. Run the listing again with Retry Skips.

The AI ignores my product details

Cause: The {paste product details…} placeholder was removed or changed, so the details were added at the end of the prompt instead. Fix: Click Restore Default, then make your edits again without touching the placeholder.

Titles are too long or get cut off

Cause: eBay limits titles to 80 characters. This is an eBay rule, not a DropFlowLister limit. Fix: Add a line to your Title Prompt such as "Keep the title under 80 characters." Check the 80-character counter in the Single Lister.

Descriptions include text I don't want

Cause: The prompt asks for sections or wording you don't need. Fix:

1. Add a clear rule to the Description Prompt, such as "Don't mention returns."
2. If Use Template Description is on in the eBay Flow Lister, check your description template too. It wraps every description.

My prompt changes disappeared

Cause: Prompts are saved in your browser on one computer. A different computer or Chrome profile has its own prompts. Fix: Copy your prompts into a text file, and paste them on each computer you use.
