Single Lister: fix credit, scrape, AI, and listing errors
Learn how to fix Single Lister messages about credits, page data, AI optimization, Snipelist, and eBay.

Each heading below is the exact message the Single Lister panel shows. Press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac) to find yours.
Key points
- Refresh first: Many panel errors go away after you refresh the product page (F5).
- Check eBay before relisting: A lost connection doesn't always mean the listing failed.
- Drafts are refunded: eBay drafts caused by missing item specifics get your credit back.
- Supplier pages change: If the panel can't read a page, the supplier page may have loaded oddly.
The panel doesn't appear
Cause: The page isn't a supported product page, the page loaded before DropFlowLister, or your plan isn't active. Fix:
- Make sure you're on a product page on Amazon, AliExpress (.com or .us), or Walmart.com.
- Refresh the page (F5).
- Open the popup and check that you're signed in with an active plan.
Sign-in and plan messages
"Please sign in" / "Log in to DropFlow to list products."
Cause: You're signed out of DropFlowLister. Fix: Open the popup, sign in, and refresh the product page.
"Session expired" / "Your session expired. Please sign in again."
Cause: Your sign-in timed out. Fix: Sign in again from the popup, then refresh the page.
"Subscription required" / "An active subscription is required to list products."
Cause: Your plan isn't active. You might also see "Your free trial has ended", "Subscription cancelled", or "Payment past due". Fix: See Billing and access errors.
Credit messages
"Insufficient credits. Please top up your Dropflow account."
Cause: You don't have enough credits for this button. Each listing button needs 1 credit.
Fix: Add credits, then try again. To get more, upgrade your plan or buy a one-time credit pack (see https://dropflowlister.com/pricing/).
"Failed to deduct credit"
Cause: DropFlowLister couldn't charge the credit, so nothing was listed. Fix: Check your connection and try again.
"⏭️ eBay saved this as a draft (required item specifics missing) — not listed."
Cause: eBay needs item specifics that weren't filled. This is an eBay rule. Your credit is refunded. Fix: Open your eBay drafts, add the missing item specifics, and publish. If you also see "⚠️ Credit could not be auto-refunded.", email support with the product link.
Title and page data messages
"Please enter a product title before listing."
Cause: The title box is empty. Fix: Type a title, or click Generate Title.
"Enter a base title first — we optimize from it." / "No title to optimize from."
Cause: Generate Title needs a starting title. Fix: Type a short title, then click Generate Title.
"Title optimization failed"
Cause: The AI title service didn't return a title. Fix: Try again in a minute. Generate Title doesn't use credits.
"Scrape timed out (60 s)"
Cause: The panel couldn't read the product page within 60 seconds. Fix: Refresh the page and try again.
"Failed to scrape product data from current page"
Cause: The page didn't have the data the panel needs, or the layout was unusual. Fix: Refresh the page. If it keeps failing, try the product in Flow Lister instead.
AI optimization messages (Flowlist)
"Optimization timed out (90 s)"
Cause: AI optimization took longer than 90 seconds. Fix: Try again. If the listing fails, its credit is refunded automatically.
"AI optimization failed"
Cause: The AI service returned an error or no product data. Fix: Try again in a minute, or use Simple list (1) with your own title.
"This product is already listed in your store."
Cause: DropFlowLister found this product in your store already. Fix: No action needed. Pick another store in Flow Lister if you want it in a different store.
Snipelist messages

| "JSON is missing "title"" / "JSON has invalid "price"" | The JSON is incomplete. | Copy it again from eBay search results. |
| "eBay fetch timed out (15 s)" | eBay didn't answer in time. | Click Fetch again. |
| "Could not extract title or price from eBay item page" | The eBay item page didn't show a title or price. | Check the item number. Ended items may not work. |
| "Title is empty — click Fetch first or type one in the panel" | No title to list with. | Click Fetch, or type a title. |

VeRO messages
"Blocked by VeRO protection: title contains the protected brand "X"…"
Cause: The title has a VeRO brand or keyword. Fix: Edit the title to remove it, or skip this product.
"VeRO list unavailable"
Cause: The VeRO list couldn't load. Fix: Check the brand yourself before listing. Then open Flow Lister and click Refresh from Server under VERO Brands.
Warning: Listing VeRO-protected brands can lead to listing removal or account limits on eBay.
Long-running and connection messages
"eBay listing is taking longer than expected (13+ min)."
Cause: eBay's listing page is slow. Fix: Keep waiting, or check your eBay drafts and active listings.
"Lost connection to the extension while listing…"
Cause: The connection to DropFlowLister dropped during a long eBay listing. Fix: Check your eBay drafts and active listings before you list again, so you don't create a duplicate.
"The extension was updated. Please refresh this page (F5), then list again."
Cause: DropFlowLister updated while the page was open. Fix: Press F5, then list again.
