Key points

  • Start on an Amazon search page. Extraction only works on amazon.com or amazon.ca.
  • Extract before you import. Import only sends ASINs you've saved.
  • Amazon sets its own limits. Some slowdowns and blocks come from Amazon, not DropFlowLister.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the extension.
  • Refresh the Amazon page.
  • Check your settings in the ASIN Manager tab.

"Please open an Amazon page first"

Cause: The current tab isn't an amazon.com or amazon.ca page.

Fix:

  1. Open an Amazon search results page in the current tab.
  2. Open the popup again and click Extract ASINs.

"Error extracting ASINs. Make sure you are on an Amazon product list page."

Cause: The page isn't a search results list, or it didn't finish loading.

Fix:

  1. Search for products on Amazon so you see a list of results.
  2. Wait for the page to load fully.
  3. Click Extract ASINs again.

"Failed to start extraction: …"

Cause: The extension couldn't start the extraction in the background.

Fix: Refresh the Amazon page and try again. If it keeps failing, go to chrome://extensions, reload DropFlowLister, and try again.

What to send support: The full message and the Amazon page link.

"Extraction complete! Found 0 ASINs."

Cause: No products on the pages matched Max Delivery Days, or Start From Page was past the last results page.

Fix: Raise Max Delivery Days, set Start From Page to 1, or try a different search.

"No ASINs to import. Extract ASINs first."

Cause: You have no saved ASINs.

Fix: Click Extract ASINs on an Amazon search page, wait for it to finish, then click Import to Dropflow.

"Error importing ASINs to Amazon Scraper."

Cause: Flow Lister for Poshmark couldn't be opened or reached.

Fix: Close any open Flow Lister tabs and click Import to Dropflow again. Your saved ASINs aren't lost.

"Failed to clear ASINs"

Cause: The browser couldn't update the saved list.

Fix: Close and reopen the popup, then click Clear All again.

"ASIN … is already in the AI Optimizer queue"

Cause: You already added this product with Add to AI Optimizer.

Fix: No fix needed. Open Flow Lister for Poshmark to work with your queue.

Cause: The Amazon Product Scraper didn't find any Amazon product links in the box.

Fix: Paste full product links, one per line, like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09FCT23B3. Click Validate to check them.

"No products to export. Please scrape some products first."

Cause: You clicked an export button before any products were scraped.

Fix: Click Start Scraping and wait for products to appear under Scraped Products.

"Please log in to your Dropflow account first to use this feature." / "Authentication required. Please log in to your Dropflow account and try again."

Cause: Export to Dropflow needs you to be signed in.

Fix: Sign in to the extension, then click Export to Dropflow again.

"Failed to export to Dropflow: …"

Cause: The products couldn't be saved to your account.

Fix: Check your connection and try again. Use Export CSV or Export JSON to keep a copy in the meantime.

What to send support: The full message, the time, and how many products you were exporting.

Cause: Amazon slowed down or blocked page loads. This limit comes from Amazon, not DropFlowLister.

Fix: Lower Parallel Scrapes to 1–3, wait a while, and try the failed links again.
