"Please fix the highlighted fields before submitting."
Cause: One or more fields are empty, too short, or too long. Each highlighted field shows its own message, such as "Title is required." or "What happened? must be at least 100 characters (currently 42)."
Fix: Fix each highlighted field. Bug report lengths: Title 5–80, What happened? 100–2,000, Contact username 2–100, When did it start? at least 3, Additional comments 10–1,000 characters.
"That does not look like a valid link." / "The link must point to an Amazon product page."
Cause: The Amazon product link isn't a full Amazon product page link.
Fix: Open the product on Amazon and copy the full link from the address bar, like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085Q5T23D.
Related messages: "Amazon product link is required." and "Link is too long (max 500 characters)."
"Keywords must be between 2 and 500 characters."
Cause: The keywords box is too short or too long.
Fix: Enter 2–500 characters, with terms separated by commas.
"… is not an image" / "… is X MB (max Y MB)" / "Attach at most N files."
Cause: The file isn't a PNG or JPG, it's too big, or you added too many.
Fix: Bug reports take up to 5 images, 5 MB each. VeRO and keyword suggestions take 1 image up to 10 MB. Crop or compress large screenshots.
"You just submitted this report. Please wait Ns before sending it again."
Cause: You sent the same report less than 30 seconds ago. This stops double sends.
Fix: Your first report went through. Don't send it again. If you meant to send a different report, change the details.
"Your DropFlow session has expired. Sign in again from the extension icon in the toolbar, then submit once more — your entries are still here."
Cause: You're signed out or your sign-in expired.
Fix:
- Click the DropFlowLister icon and sign in.
- Go back to the Report window and click submit again.
"The server rejected this submission for your account. Please sign out and back in, then try again. If it keeps happening, contact support."
Cause: Your account wasn't allowed to send this report, often because of an old sign-in.
Fix:
- Sign out of the extension.
- Sign back in.
- Submit again.
What to send support: Your account email, the report type, and the time it happened.

Fix: Check your internet connection, then submit again.
"That image is too large for the server. Please attach a smaller file."
Cause: The image was too large for the server, even if it passed the form check.

Cause: Too many reports were sent in a short time.
Fix: Wait one minute, then submit again.
