Key points

  • "Skipped, not checked" means nothing changed. The listing is left as it was and will be checked next run.
  • Amazon blocks are temporary. The tracker cools down and resumes.
  • Keep the tab active and visible. Most stalls come from a hidden or minimized tab.

Before you start

  • Refresh your Poshmark closet page.
  • Sign in to Poshmark, Amazon, and the extension in the same browser.
  • Open Open Settings and check that at least one monitor is on.

"At least one monitoring option must be enabled (Stock Monitor, Price Monitor, or Size Variation Tracker)"

Cause: All three monitors are off, so there's nothing to track.

Fix: In Open Settings, turn on Enable Stock Monitor, Enable Price Monitor, or Enable Size Variation Tracking.

"Markup percentage must be configured and greater than 0"

Cause: Markup Percent (%) is empty or not set while Enable Price Monitor is on.

Fix: Enter a whole number in Markup Percent (%), such as 100.

"Markup Percent must be a whole number (e.g., -100, 0, 70, 400)."

Cause: The markup has a decimal point or other characters.

Fix: Type a whole number only, with no % sign or decimals.

"Please keep this tab active and visible during tracking…"

Cause: Chrome slows tabs that are hidden or minimized, which can stall tracking.

Fix: Keep the Poshmark tab in front. Don't minimize the window or switch tabs while it runs. For long runs, use Continuous Tracking (background).

"Amazon asked for a CAPTCHA — skipped, not checked" / "Amazon is throttling this browser — skipped, not checked"

Cause: Amazon showed a human check or slowed your browser down. This limit comes from Amazon, not from DropFlowLister. The listing was not changed.

Fix:

  1. Lower 🚀 Concurrent Tracking Level to 1 or 2.
  2. Open Amazon in a tab and solve any check it shows.
  3. Track again later.

Similar messages: "Amazon page did not finish loading — skipped, not checked", "Amazon showed its "Continue shopping" check — skipped, not checked", "Network error reaching Amazon — skipped, not checked", and "Amazon returned a server error — skipped, not checked".

"Amazon is temporarily unavailable. Cooling down to prevent rate limiting."

Cause: Amazon returned errors several times, so the tracker paused. A countdown appears.

Fix: Wait. The tracker resumes from the same product. Keep the tab active and visible.

"SKU not available — no ASIN found…"

Cause: The listing has no Amazon ASIN in its SKU or description.

Fix: Edit the listing on Poshmark and add the Amazon ASIN as the SKU.

"Skipped — Temu supplier not supported (Amazon only)"

Cause: The listing points to a Temu product. Flow Tracker for Poshmark only tracks Amazon.

Fix: Track this listing by hand.

"ASIN changed (A → B) — marked not for sale"

Cause: Amazon now shows a different product for that link, so the listing was set to Not For Sale to protect you.

Fix: Check the Amazon page. If it's the same item, update the SKU to the new ASIN and set the listing back to For Sale.

"Price: $X → $Y (10x fallback — availability toggle unavailable)"

Cause: The item is out of stock, but Poshmark didn't allow the Not For Sale switch. The tracker raised the price to 10 times so no one buys it.

Fix: Set the listing to Not For Sale yourself on Poshmark if you prefer. Check the price after the next tracking run once Amazon restocks.

"Size sync could not be confirmed — Poshmark did not answer. Sizes left unchanged; this item will be retried next run."

Cause: Poshmark didn't confirm the size update.

Fix: Run the tracker again later. Sizes are left as they were until then.

"Extension Service Worker Disconnected"

Cause: Chrome paused the extension's background during a long run.

Fix:

  1. Go to chrome://extensions.
  2. Find DropFlowLister.
  3. Click the reload button.
  4. Come back to your closet, refresh, and start again.

"The Poshmark closet tracker isn't loaded on this page yet. Give it a moment and try again."

Cause: You clicked a tile button before the tracker finished loading.

Fix: Wait a few seconds and click again. Refresh the page if it doesn't load.
