Key points

  • Save errors show in the popup when you click Save Schedule.
  • Run errors show as Chrome notifications named Auto-Schedule Failed or Auto-Schedule Error.
  • Sign-in matters: Most failed runs happen because the DropFlowLister session expired.
  • Chrome must be open at the scheduled time.

Errors when saving a schedule

"❌ Please select a time for scheduling" (or "…for eBay scheduling")

Cause: Schedule Time (24-hour) is empty. Fix: Pick a time, then click Save Schedule.

"❌ Max listing limit must be a positive number"

Cause: Max Listing Limit has 0, a negative number, or text. Fix: Type a whole number above 0, or leave the box empty for no limit.

Notifications from a scheduled run

"Auto-Schedule Failed" — "User not logged in. Please log in to use auto-schedule."

Cause: You were signed out of DropFlowLister when the run was due. Fix:

  1. Open the popup and sign in.
  2. Save the schedule again if it was a one-time run.

"Auto-Schedule Failed" — "Session expired. Please log in again to use auto-schedule."

Cause: Your DropFlowLister session expired before the run. Fix: Sign in again from the popup. Open the popup now and then on days with a schedule to keep your session fresh.

"Auto-Schedule Failed" — "Could not open bulk lister page" (or "Could not open eBay flow lister")

Cause: Chrome couldn't open the Flow Lister page. Fix:

  1. Close extra Chrome windows and tabs.
  2. Reload DropFlowLister at chrome://extensions.
  3. Save the schedule again.

"Auto-Schedule Error" — "An error occurred during automation"

Cause: Something unexpected stopped the run as it started. Fix: Open Flow Lister and start the run by hand to see the exact error. Then see Flow Lister for eBay: troubleshooting or Flow Lister for Poshmark: troubleshooting.

Messages in the Flow Lister log

Cause: The Flow Lister links box was empty at the scheduled time. Fix: Paste links into Flow Lister and keep them there. The schedule uses the links already loaded.

"Auto-schedule skipped: already running"

Cause: A Flow Lister run was already going when the schedule fired. Fix: No action needed. The run in progress keeps going.

The schedule didn't run at all

Cause: Chrome was closed, the computer was asleep, or the schedule was cleared. Fix:

  1. Open the popup and check Next scheduled run.
  2. If it shows "—", set and save the schedule again.
  3. Keep Chrome open and the computer awake at the scheduled time.

Note: The time uses your computer's clock. If you travel or change time zones, check Next scheduled run again. Keep Chrome open and your computer awake at the scheduled time so the run can start.
