Use Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac) to find the exact message from the Purger window, panel, or pop-up.

Important: The Purger only removes inactive Poshmark listings, but every deletion is permanent. Check your rules before you re-run it.

Key points

  • "Kept" and "Skipped" are safe. Those listings weren't changed.
  • Failed deletes are usually a Poshmark sign-in or page issue. Refresh and sign in again.
  • Poshmark sets what can be deleted. Some blocks come from Poshmark, not DropFlowLister.

Before you start

  • Refresh your Poshmark closet.
  • Make sure you're signed in to Poshmark in this browser.
  • Have your rules ready.

"No purge criteria set"

Full message: "The Purger only deletes listings that meet criteria you set, and none are set — so nothing was removed."

Cause: You saved the Purger window with every field empty or 0. The run is refused so nothing gets deleted by mistake.

Fix:

  1. Click Got it.
  2. Start Remove Inactive Listings again from the popup.
  3. Set at least one rule, such as Min days listed.
  4. Click Save.

"Min days listed is 0. Brand-new and freshly relisted listings (Days Listed 0) can be deleted. Set it above 0 to protect them."

Cause: This is a warning, not an error. With Min days listed at 0, inactive listings that were just created or relisted can match your other rules.

Fix: Set Min days listed above 0, for example 30, unless you really want to include new listings.

"Kept (…): …" in the status line

Examples: "Kept (days listed 12 < 30): …", "Kept (likes 9 > 5): …", "Kept (stats unreadable): …"

Cause: The listing didn't match all your rules, so it was kept. "stats unreadable" or "unknown" means its stats couldn't be read, so it was kept to be safe.

Fix: No fix needed. If too many listings show "stats unreadable," refresh the page and run again later.

The Skipped count goes up but listings match my rules

Cause: Poshmark blocked the delete. This happens when the listing has an active offer, or when a size of a multi-size listing has sold and Poshmark won't set it to Not For Sale. This limit comes from Poshmark.

Fix: Handle open offers first, then run again. Check sold-size listings by hand on Poshmark.

The Failed count goes up

Cause: The delete request didn't go through. Common reasons: your Poshmark session ended (the page's sign-in security token wasn't found), or Poshmark returned an error.

Fix:

  1. Click ⏹ Stop.
  2. Refresh your closet and make sure you're signed in.
  3. Start Remove Inactive Listings again.

What to send support: A screenshot of the PURGER panel, the time, and the link to one listing that failed.

"Done — no more matching listings." but listings are still in my closet

Cause: The Purger scrolled and found no more listings to check, or the remaining listings didn't match your rules. Sold listings are always skipped.

Fix: Check your rules. Loosen them if needed, then run again.

The Purger window doesn't appear

Cause: The closet page didn't finish loading, or you clicked Cancel on the first pop-up.

Fix: Start again from the popup and click OK. Wait for your closet to load fully.
