Closet Optimizer errors: fix skipped, failed, and duplicate listings

Use Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac) to find the exact message from the run panel, a tile badge, or a pop-up.

The Optimize closet button is missing

Cause: The optimizer only shows for signed-in users with an active DropFlowLister plan. It's removed if your plan lapses.

Fix: Sign in to the extension, check your plan, and refresh your closet. Every DropFlowLister plan includes the Closet Optimizer, so check that your plan or trial is active.

"No listings loaded"

Full message: "No in-stock listings are loaded on this view. Scroll or run the tracker to load the items you want, then click Optimize."

Cause: The page shows no in-stock listings the optimizer can use.

Fix:

1. Make sure you're on your own closet, on the Available view.
2. Scroll down to load more listings, or click Track Items.
3. Click Optimize closet again.

Every listing is skipped as stale or untracked

Cause: Optimize without tracking is off, so only listings with a fresh green tracker badge count. Badges older than Tracked-only: hours since last tracked (default 48) are stale.

Fix: Run Track Items first, then optimize. Or turn on Optimize without tracking.

"Skipped "…" — active offer."

Cause: The listing has an open offer. Poshmark doesn't allow relisting it.

Fix: Accept, decline, or wait for the offer to end, then optimize again.

"Skipped "…" — no Copy option."

Cause: Poshmark didn't show Copy Listing for this item, so it can't be relisted. This is set by Poshmark.

Fix: Open the listing on Poshmark to check its status. Skip it, or relist it by hand.

"Variation sold — "…" can't be relisted."

Cause: A size of a multi-size listing has sold. Poshmark won't relist or delete it. The tile gets a ◈ VARIATION SOLD badge.

Fix: No fix needed. The listing is kept as it is.

"Relist failed — "…"."

Cause: The copy didn't go live. The original listing was kept.

Fix: Refresh the closet and try that listing alone with its ↻ button. If it fails again, relist it by hand.

"⚠ N DUPLICATE(S) left — a copy went live but the original could not be removed; delete those manually."

Cause: The new copy went live, but the original couldn't be removed. You now have two of the same listing.

Fix: Find the originals in your closet and delete them on Poshmark.

Tile badge "⚠ original kept"

Cause: The listing was relisted, but Poshmark wouldn't delete the original, often because it has sales history.

Fix: Check your closet. Delete the original by hand if Poshmark allows it.

"A full Optimizer run is in progress — let it finish, or Stop it, before optimizing a single item."

Cause: You clicked ↻ on a tile while a full run is going.

Fix: Wait for the run to finish, or click Stop, then try again.

"DELETE-ALL MODE IS ON."

Cause: DELETE ALL listings — ignore tracking is on, so even a single-tile optimize deletes the listing.

Fix: Click Cancel if you didn't mean to delete. Open ⚙ Settings, turn off DELETE ALL listings — ignore tracking, and click Save.

"The Poshmark closet tracker isn't loaded on this page yet. Give it a moment and try again."

Cause: The page hasn't finished loading the tools.

Fix: Wait a few seconds, then refresh if needed.
