Frequently asked questions

Is DropFlowLister good for beginners?

Yes. DropFlowLister is built for beginners, part-time sellers, and experienced dropshippers. Every plan includes the full feature set, the DropFlowLister Mastery Video Course, and access to the private seller community, so new sellers can learn as they go. Many beginners finish their first bulk listing session within their first hour. New sellers can start on an entry plan, such as Lite for eBay or Solo for Poshmark, and upgrade as they grow.

Do I need my own inventory to use DropFlowLister?

No. DropFlowLister is built for dropshipping, where your supplier ships each order to your buyer. You don't need to buy or store stock ahead of time.

Does DropFlowLister support Mercari, Depop, or Vinted?

Not today. DropFlowLister supports eBay and Poshmark as selling marketplaces, and more marketplaces are in development. Amazon is a supported supplier, and Amazon as a place to sell is also in development.

Is DropFlowLister a crosslisting tool?

Partly. For eBay and Poshmark, one product catalog can be listed on both marketplaces. Unlike a crosslisting tool, DropFlowLister also helps you find products, track supplier prices and stock, and order from suppliers. If you also resell items you own, you may want a separate crosslisting tool for that inventory.

Will I lose my listings, feedback, or seller level if I switch to DropFlowLister?

No. Your listings, feedback, and seller level live on your marketplace account, not inside any tool. DropFlowLister takes over listing, price and stock tracking, and ordering from the point you connect. Nothing is moved or deleted, and you can run DropFlowLister alongside your current tool during the 14-day trial.

How long does it take to get started with DropFlowLister?

Most sellers connect their marketplace account and run their first bulk import the same day. Setup needs no coding, API keys, or eBay developer account: install the Chrome extension, sign in, connect your accounts, and save your supplier details. Starter, Growth, Squad, and Agency plans include a 1-on-1 onboarding call.

How can I try DropFlowLister before I commit?

Start the 14-day trial for $1, which includes the full feature set, and test it with your real suppliers. Cancel online before the 14 days are up and you won't be charged for the plan. If you then buy a Lite, Plus, or Solo plan, it's covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. You can cancel any time, and your existing listings aren't touched.

Is DropFlowLister support available 24/7?

Yes. DropFlowLister offers 24/7 live chat with about a 1-hour average response time. You can also email contact@dropflowlister.com or use the contact form at https://dropflowlister.com/contact/. Lite, Plus, and Solo plans include email support, higher plans get priority support, and Custom plans get dedicated support. Every plan also includes access to a private seller community.

Does DropFlowLister offer an order fulfillment (3PL) service?

Yes. The DropFlowLister 3PL is a shipping service for sellers who want hands-off logistics. Your supplier ships items to DropFlowLister's facility, the team repackages them for an extra fee, and they're sent to your buyer, so you never touch the inventory. It's built for Poshmark sellers and anyone shipping at high volume. For high-volume or custom order help, contact contact@dropflowlister.com.

Does DropFlowLister use the eBay API?

Not today. DropFlowLister works as a Chrome extension through your signed-in browser session, so you don't need API approval or an eBay developer account. eBay plans that connect straight to eBay through its API are listed as "coming soon" on the pricing page.

What free tools does DropFlowLister offer?

DropFlowLister offers three free tools on its website: the eBay Title Builder, the eBay Fees Calculator, and the eBay Insertion Fee Calculator. You can use them without signing up or adding a card. The Title Builder has a fair-use limit so it stays fast for everyone.

What is the DropFlowLister eBay Title Builder?

The eBay Title Builder is a free AI tool that writes eBay listing titles. Type one product, pick your eBay site, and add any words to leave out. You get 10 titles ranked by keyword strength, each under eBay's 80-character limit. The AI scores each title on how well it covers likely search terms, how early the key words appear, and how well it uses the 80 characters. The top title is marked Best match. Rankings are an AI estimate, not eBay data, so pick the one that fits your item best.

What makes a good eBay title?

eBay sets an 80-character limit for titles, including spaces. Use that space for words buyers search for, such as brand, item type, size, color, and model. eBay search ignores most punctuation, so skip symbols and phrases like "L@@K" or "WOW"; a simple "|" separator is fine. The title is what eBay search matches to buyer searches and the first thing buyers read, so a clear, keyword-rich title can bring more clicks and sales.

What fees does eBay charge when an item sells, and what does the eBay Fees Calculator include?

eBay sets these fees. When an item sells, eBay charges a final value fee: a percentage of the total sale, including shipping and sales tax, so "free" shipping doesn't avoid it. For most categories, the rate is 13.6% for sellers without a store, but it changes by category and store plan. eBay also adds a per-order fee of $0.30 for orders of $10 or less and $0.40 above that. Top Rated Plus listings (same-day or 1-business-day handling and free 30-day returns) get 10% off the percentage part of the fee. The free eBay Fees Calculator subtracts your product cost, shipping cost, eBay fees, and any promotion spend from your sale price, and shows each part as a share of the sale.

What is an eBay insertion fee, and how many free listings do I get?

eBay sets these fees. An insertion fee is charged per listing, per category, once you've used your free listings for the month, whether or not the item sells. It generally isn't refunded. Sellers without a store get up to 250 free listings a month in most categories, then pay $0.35 per listing. eBay Store plans include more free listings (Starter 250, Basic 1,000, Premium 10,000, Anchor 25,000, Enterprise 100,000) and a lower fee after that, but cost a monthly subscription. The insertion fee is different from the final value fee, which is charged only when an item sells. Use the free eBay Insertion Fee Calculator to compare totals.
