DropFlowLister adds research tools right on eBay. On search results, each listing gets a row of icons, and a toolbar helps you collect sellers and titles. On item pages, you get the same icons plus a supplier link and an earnings calculator.

Key points

  • Sold counts in one click: Check How Many Sold shows units sold in your chosen time window.
  • Snipe a listing: Snipe the Title And Price copies a listing's title, price, and item number for the Single Lister's Snipelist.
  • Build a competitor list: Save eBay Seller and the toolbar's Extract button add sellers to Market Analyzer.
  • Find titles for research: Fetch Titles sends qualifying titles to Profit Hunter.
  • Quick searches: Jump to Amazon, eBay sold items, Terapeak, or Google for any listing.

Before you start

  • You're signed in to DropFlowLister with an active plan. The icons only show when your plan is active.
  • You're on an eBay search results page (the address has /sch/) or an item page (/itm/).
  • If you just installed or updated DropFlowLister, refresh the eBay page.

How to use the listing icons

Each listing on a search results page gets these icons. Hover over an icon to see its name.

How to collect sellers with the toolbar

The eBay Sellers Scanner toolbar shows on search results pages.

To collect sellers:

  1. Click the settings icon and set Minimum Positive Feedback % (95 by default) and Minimum Review Count (500 by default).
  2. Set Pages to the number of pages to scan (1 to 50).
  3. Click Extract.
  4. Watch each listing get a green badge (seller qualifies) or a red badge (doesn't qualify).

Qualifying sellers are added to your Market Analyzer competitor list. The toolbar shows how many listings it scanned and how many sellers it collected.

How to send titles to Profit Hunter

To send titles:

  1. Set your feedback and review filters in the toolbar settings.
  2. Click Fetch Titles.
  3. Wait for "N sent ✓".

Fetch Titles copies the titles of qualifying listings on the current page to Profit Hunter. If no listing qualifies, it shows "No matches".

Tip: Click the Profit Hunter icon in the toolbar to open Profit Hunter, or the Market analyzer icon to open Market Analyzer.

How to use item page tools

On an eBay item page you'll see the same icons, plus:

  • Supplier link: For items with a DropFlowLister SKU, a link like Open Amazon listing (ASIN) opens the supplier product.
  • 💰 Calculate: Opens the Earnings Calculator. Enter Price ($), Cost ($), Fees %, Tax %, and Promo Margin %, then click Calculate.

Note: The earnings calculator uses the fee and tax rates you type in. Marketplace fees are set by eBay and can change, so check eBay's current fees.

Tips and limits

  • eBay can limit heavy browsing. Scanning many pages quickly can trigger eBay's bot check. This is an eBay limit.
  • Terapeak access: The shortcut opens eBay's free Product Research (Terapeak). No paid subscription is needed.
  • eBay sites: The icons and toolbar work on eBay US and Canada. More eBay regions are in progress.
