Key points

  • Refresh first: Most icon problems are fixed by refreshing the eBay page.
  • Plan must be active: The icons and toolbar hide when your plan isn't active.
  • Filters decide what qualifies: Fetch Titles and Extract only use sellers who pass your filters.

The icons or toolbar don't appear

Cause: The page isn't a search results or item page, it loaded before DropFlowLister, or your plan isn't active. Fix:

  1. Check the address has /sch/ (search) or /itm/ (item).
  2. Refresh the page (F5).
  3. Open the popup and check you're signed in with an active plan.
  4. If you just updated DropFlowLister, reload it at chrome://extensions, then refresh eBay.

"No matches" after Fetch Titles

Cause: No seller on this page passed your Minimum Positive Feedback % and Minimum Review Count filters. Fix:

  1. Open the toolbar settings.
  2. Lower the minimums, for example to 90% and 100 reviews.
  3. Click Fetch Titles again.

Extract collects no sellers

Cause: Sellers didn't pass your filters, or they're already in your competitor list. Red badges mean a seller didn't qualify. Fix: Lower your filters, or move to more pages with Pages.

The sold badge shows 0 or doesn't load

Cause: The item hasn't sold in the time window, or eBay didn't return sold data. Fix:

  1. Change Items Sold Within in Market Analyzer to a longer window. The badge uses that setting.
  2. Click Check How Many Sold again.

Snipe copied nothing to Snipelist

Cause: The clipboard was changed after you clicked the icon, or Chrome blocked clipboard access. Fix:

  1. Click Snipe the Title And Price again.
  2. Paste into Snipelist right away.
  3. If you see "Clipboard access denied" anywhere, allow clipboard access for the site in Chrome.

Cause: The item's SKU (custom label) isn't a DropFlowLister SKU, so the supplier can't be found. Fix: The supplier link only works for items listed with DropFlowLister. Check the item's custom label in eBay.

Note: If eBay shows a "Pardon Our Interruption" page while you browse, eBay is limiting traffic. Wait a few minutes before you continue. This is an eBay limit.
