Key points

  • Sign in first. The page needs your DropFlowLister account.
  • An empty page is normal before your first run. Entries appear once a tracking tool starts running.
  • Most loading errors are connection issues. Refresh and try again.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the extension.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Reload the Activity Logs tab.

"Please log in to view activity logs"

Cause: You're not signed in to the extension. The page sends you back to the popup after 2 seconds.

Fix:

  1. Click the DropFlowLister icon and sign in.
  2. Open Settings → Account → View Activity Logs again.

"No logs found"

Full message: "Activity logs will appear here as products are tracked"

Cause: No tracking tool has run yet, so there's nothing to show. Activity Logs fill in once a tool starts running. Your filters may also hide entries you do have.

Fix:

  1. Click Reset to clear filters.
  2. Set Time Range to All Time.
  3. Use each tracker's panel and tile badges to see run results for now.

"Failed to load logs" / "Failed to load logs: …"

Cause: The page couldn't reach your DropFlowLister account, or your sign-in expired.

Fix:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Sign out and back in to the extension if it keeps happening.
  3. Try again in a few minutes.

What to send support: A screenshot with the full message, and the time it happened.

"Failed to export logs"

Cause: The logs couldn't be loaded for the download.

Fix: Refresh the page and click Export JSON again. Check that Chrome allows downloads from extensions.

"Failed to delete log" / "Failed to clear logs"

Cause: The delete request didn't reach your account.

Fix: Refresh the page and try again. If it still fails, email support.
