Boost My Listings errors: fix relist, revise, and cleanup problems

Use Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac) to find the exact message from the dashboard or View Logs.

Key points

Before you start

• Make sure you're signed in to eBay and to the extension in the same browser.
• Match the dashboard's eBay Region to the eBay site you sell on.
• Show the needed Seller Hub columns with Customize: Views (30 days), Item number, Sold quantity, Available quantity, Time left, and Custom label (SKU).

"Could not start End & Sell Similar." / "Could not open Active Listings." / "Could not open eBay tab: …"

Cause: The dashboard couldn't open or reach Seller Hub.

Fix:

1. Open Seller Hub → Listings → Active yourself and make sure it loads.
2. Sign in again if eBay asks.
3. Run the workflow again.

"None of the N items we ended in Phase 1 appeared on the Ended page after 5 minutes…"

Cause: eBay ended the items but hadn't shown them on the Ended page yet. eBay sometimes takes a few minutes.

Fix: Wait a few minutes, then run End & Sell Similar again. The items will be picked up from the Ended page.

"Could not find Sell similar button or Actions menu on Ended page."

Cause: eBay's Ended page loaded differently than expected.

Fix:

1. Refresh the Ended page.
2. Run the workflow again.

What to send support: a screenshot of the Ended page.

"Bulk revise timed out — check the eBay tab." / "Could not select any rows on the Revise listings page."

Cause: eBay's bulk edit page didn't finish loading, or the tool couldn't tick the rows.

Fix:

1. Look at the eBay tab for a message or sign-in prompt.
2. Close the tab and click Revise Listings again.
3. Turn on Debug mode in Bulk Revise Settings if it keeps failing, and send support the result.

"Offers could not be sent. Check the eBay tab." / "Send Offers timed out after 180s — forcing close." / "Could not select any eligible listings — closing."

Cause: eBay didn't offer the send-offer option, had no eligible listings, or was too slow. Which listings can get offers is decided by eBay, not by DropFlowLister.

Fix:

1. Check that you have listings with watchers or interested buyers.
2. Check that Offer Percent is filled in.
3. Try again later.

"VeRO keyword list not loaded yet — open Flow Lister and refresh it."

Cause: Listing Sanitizer needs the VeRO keyword list, and it isn't in your browser yet.

Fix:

1. Open the eBay Flow Lister.
2. Click Refresh from Server next to the VERO lists.
3. Return to the dashboard and click Scan Store.

"No violations found on the policy-hold page."

Cause: VeRO Checker found no listings on hold for a policy violation. This is normal if you have none.

Fix: No action needed. If you expected some, check the hold list in Seller Hub yourself.

"Could not find DropFlow login session. Please log into DropFlow in this browser, then try again."

Cause: VeRO Checker needs your DropFlowLister sign-in to report violations, and it couldn't find it.

Fix:

1. Open the extension popup and sign in.
2. Click Run VeRO Check again.

"Duplicate Cleaner stopped — the scan was cancelled before it finished…"

Cause: The scan stopped early. Duplicate Cleaner needs a full scan to choose the right listing to keep, so it ends nothing.

Fix: Click Scan & Clean again and let it finish.

"Could not find Custom Label (SKU) column — make sure it is enabled in eBay column settings."

Cause: Duplicate Cleaner groups listings by SKU, and the SKU column is hidden.

Fix: In Seller Hub, click Customize, show Custom label (SKU), and run again.

"Could not read item numbers / listing titles from the Active Listings table — eBay may have changed its layout."

Cause: eBay changed the page, or a needed column is hidden.

Fix: Show Item number and title columns, refresh, and try again. If it keeps happening, contact support.

"Tab failed to load after N reloads — giving up."

Cause: The eBay tab didn't load after several tries.

Fix: Check your internet connection and that eBay loads normally, then run the workflow again.

Groups still showing END or ⚠ Retry after "Run Complete"

Cause: Some listings weren't fully ended.

Fix: Re-run Duplicate Cleaner or Listing Sanitizer before you close the window. Then check Seller Hub.
