Key points

  • Start small: Refresh the page before you reload the extension.
  • After an update: Always refresh open marketplace and supplier pages (press F5).
  • Go slower if blocked: Fewer threads and pauses between runs help avoid supplier blocks.
  • Send details: If nothing works, send support a screenshot, the time, and your extension version.

Before you start

  • Note the exact error message and the time it happened.
  • If a run is going, note the product link it stopped on.

Step 1: Refresh the page

  1. Go to the page where the problem happened.
  2. Press F5 (or Cmd + R on a Mac).
  3. Try again.

This fixes "The extension was updated. Please refresh this page (F5), then list again." and missing on-page panels.

Step 2: Check your sign-in and plan

  1. Click the DropFlowLister icon.
  2. Check that you're signed in and your Tokens pill shows a balance.
  3. If you see a lock screen, follow Billing and access errors.

When your plan isn't active, DropFlowLister hides its tools on marketplace and supplier pages.

Step 3: Reload DropFlowLister

  1. Go to chrome://extensions.
  2. Find DropFlowLister.
  3. Click the reload icon (circle arrow).
  4. Refresh any open marketplace and supplier pages.

Warning: Reloading DropFlowLister stops any run that's going and closes its connection to open pages. Pause or let runs finish first if you can.

Step 4: Check the marketplace and supplier

  • Signed in? Make sure you're signed in to your marketplace (eBay or Poshmark) in Chrome.
  • Verification check? If a supplier shows a CAPTCHA, you'll see " needs verification". Solve it in the tab that opens, and the run continues by itself.
  • Region right? Check eBay Settings → Region Settings or Poshmark Settings → Region Settings.

Step 5: Slow down

Suppliers can block you for a while (a "cooldown" or "soft ban") if you load too many pages too fast.

  1. Lower the number of threads in Flow Lister or Profit Hunter.
  2. Wait a while before starting again.
  3. Keep the Flow Lister tab visible. Chrome slows down tabs in the background or in minimized windows.

Turn on Optimize for Slow Computers in eBay Flow Lister settings. It gives pages more time to load between steps, so runs are steadier on slower computers.

Step 6: Allow clipboard and pop-ups

  • "Clipboard access denied": Click the lock icon next to the web address, and set Clipboard to Allow.
  • "Pop-up blocked. Allow pop-ups for this page to open the image.": Click the blocked pop-up icon in the address bar, and choose Always allow.

Step 7: Restart Chrome

  1. Close all Chrome windows.
  2. Open Chrome again.
  3. Check for a Chrome update at Chrome menu → Help → About Google Chrome.

DropFlowLister needs Chrome 116 or newer.

Step 8: Contact support

Click Report in the popup to send a bug report, or email contact@dropflowlister.com. Include:

  • the exact error message and a screenshot
  • the time it happened (with time zone)
  • the product or page link
  • your extension version from chrome://extensions
