VeRO and restricted words: fix list, refresh, and skip problems

List and refresh messages

"VERO refresh failed — check console"

Cause: DropFlowLister couldn't download the VeRO list. Fix:

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Make sure you're signed in.
3. Click Refresh from Server again.

"⚠️ VERO Keyword list is EMPTY…"

Cause: The keyword list didn't load, so keywords won't be checked in this run. Fix: Stop the run, click Refresh from Server under VERO Brands, then start again.

"⚠️ VERO Brand Protection is OFF…" or "⚠️ Restricted Words is OFF…"

Cause: That protection is turned off in Flow Lister Options. Fix: Turn it on if you want those products skipped. These are warnings, so the run continues.

"VeRO List Unavailable — Verify manually before listing"

Cause: The Single Lister couldn't load the VeRO list. Fix:

1. Check the brand yourself before listing.
2. Open Flow Lister and click Refresh from Server.
3. Refresh the product page.

My edits to VERO Brands or VERO Keywords disappeared

Cause: The lists are replaced with the server list after sign-in, every hour, and on manual refresh. Fix: Put words you always want blocked in Skip Keywords (Flow Lister) or Restricted words (Profit Hunter). Suggest missing brands with Report → VERO Suggestion.

"No restricted list configured"

Cause: Your Restricted words list is empty. Fix: Open Profit Hunter, type words in Restricted words or click Load Defaults.

Skip and block messages

"Skipped: VERO protected brand "X""

Cause: The product's brand, or its title when the brand is "Generic" or "Unbranded", matches the VeRO brand list. Fix: Leave it skipped. If you're sure you have the right to sell it, turn off VERO Brand Protection for that run.

"Skipped: contains restricted word "X""

Cause: The title has a restricted word or VeRO keyword. Fix: Remove the word from Restricted words if it's yours. VeRO keywords come back on the next refresh.

"Skipped: title contains "X""

Cause: The title has one of your Skip Keywords. Fix: Remove the word from Skip Keywords if you want to list that product.

"Blocked by VeRO protection: title contains the protected brand "X"…"

Cause: The Single Lister found a VeRO term in your title. Fix: Edit the title to remove the term, or skip the product.

Report form messages

"VERO suggestion submitted — pending admin review."

Cause: This confirms your suggestion was sent. Fix: No action needed. Approved suggestions reach everyone's list on a later refresh.
