Unlike a crosslisting tool, DropFlowLister also helps you find products, track supplier prices and stock, and order from suppliers. If you also resell items you own, you may want a separate crosslisting tool for that inventory.

Not today. DropFlowLister works as a Chrome extension through your signed-in browser session, so you don't need API approval or an eBay developer account. eBay plans that connect straight to eBay through its API are listed as "coming soon" on the pricing page.

DropFlowLister offers three free tools on its website: the eBay Title Builder, the eBay Fees Calculator, and the eBay Insertion Fee Calculator. You can use them without signing up or adding a card. The Title Builder has a fair-use limit so it stays fast for everyone.

The eBay Title Builder is a free AI tool that writes eBay listing titles. Type one product, pick your eBay site, and add any words to leave out. You get 10 titles ranked by keyword strength, each under eBay's 80-character limit. The AI scores each title on how well it covers likely search terms, how early the key words appear, and how well it uses the 80 characters. The top title is marked Best match. Rankings are an AI estimate, not eBay data, so pick the one that fits your item best.

eBay sets an 80-character limit for titles, including spaces. Use that space for words buyers search for, such as brand, item type, size, color, and model. eBay search ignores most punctuation, so skip symbols and phrases like "L@@K" or "WOW"; a simple "|" separator is fine. The title is what eBay search matches to buyer searches and the first thing buyers read, so a clear, keyword-rich title can bring more clicks and sales.

eBay sets these fees. When an item sells, eBay charges a final value fee: a percentage of the total sale, including shipping and sales tax, so "free" shipping doesn't avoid it. For most categories, the rate is 13.6% for sellers without a store, but it changes by category and store plan. eBay also adds a per-order fee of $0.30 for orders of $10 or less and $0.40 above that. Top Rated Plus listings (same-day or 1-business-day handling and free 30-day returns) get 10% off the percentage part of the fee. The free eBay Fees Calculator subtracts your product cost, shipping cost, eBay fees, and any promotion spend from your sale price, and shows each part as a share of the sale.

eBay sets these fees. An insertion fee is charged per listing, per category, once you've used your free listings for the month, whether or not the item sells. It generally isn't refunded. Sellers without a store get up to 250 free listings a month in most categories, then pay $0.35 per listing. eBay Store plans include more free listings (Starter 250, Basic 1,000, Premium 10,000, Anchor 25,000, Enterprise 100,000) and a lower fee after that, but cost a monthly subscription. The insertion fee is different from the final value fee, which is charged only when an item sells. Use the free eBay Insertion Fee Calculator to compare totals.

DropFlowLister is a dropshipping toolkit made up of a Chrome extension and a web app. It helps you find products to sell, list supplier products on a marketplace one at a time or in bulk, track supplier prices and stock, order from suppliers, and track your profit. Plans also include a training video course, a private seller community, and support.

DropFlowLister lists to eBay and Poshmark today. It reads products from the supported suppliers Amazon, AliExpress, and Walmart. More marketplaces are in development, and Mercari, Depop, and Vinted aren't supported today. DropFlowLister supports eBay US and Canada today, and more eBay regions are in progress.

DropFlowLister is supported on Google Chrome version 116 or newer. Other Chromium browsers, like Edge or Brave, may work, but they aren't tested.

Open the Chrome Web Store, search for Dropflow Lister – Dropshipping Toolkit, and click Add to Chrome. After installing, check that DropFlowLister is turned on at chrome://extensions.

Click the puzzle-piece icon in the Chrome toolbar, then click the pin icon next to DropFlowLister. After that, click the DropFlowLister icon to open the popup.

Use the marketplace dropdown in the popup to pick eBay or Poshmark. The feature cards change to show the tools for that marketplace.

Each card opens a tool, like Flow Lister for bulk listing or Profit Hunter for product research. Each card has a short description under its name, and each tool has its own help article.

Set things up in this order: sign in, choose your region, create a store, pick a template, and check your AI prompts. Then list your first product with Single Lister or Flow Lister.

Click Guide in the popup header to open the DropFlowLister training guide on the website.

Click the sun or moon icon in the popup header. Your choice is saved and used on DropFlowLister pages too.

The "Version X available" banner means a newer version of DropFlowLister is out. Click Update ↓ to get it, then refresh any open marketplace and supplier pages. DropFlowLister may also update itself automatically, and older versions may stop working.

A mandatory update is a version the team wants everyone to install soon, and the banner looks different. In this version, you can still use DropFlowLister until you update.

The eBay Flow Lister shares resources with the Poshmark Flow Lister and the Market Analyzer and Profit Hunter dashboard, so opening one closes the other. If the other tool is busy, DropFlowLister asks first, and Close & continue stops its job.

Yes. Keep the Flow Lister tab and Chrome open until the run finishes, because closing them stops the run. Runs can go slower when the tab is in the background or the window is minimized.

Yes. You need your own marketplace account, like eBay or Poshmark, and you must be signed in to it in Chrome. Some suppliers, like Amazon, also work better when you're signed in.

Click the DropFlowLister icon and click Create an Account. The sign-up page opens on the DropFlowLister website at https://app.dropflowlister.com/auth.

Click the DropFlowLister icon, type your Email and Password, and click Sign In. You'll see "Login successful! Loading..." when it works.

Click Forgot your password? in the popup. It opens the DropFlowLister website, where you can reset your password.

DropFlowLister passwords have at least 6 characters, so a shorter entry can't be right. Type your full password, or reset it with Forgot your password?.

"Email is required" means the email box is empty. "Please enter a valid email" means the email has a typo, such as a missing @ sign.

This message means the popup couldn't reach the DropFlowLister server. Check your internet connection, pause any VPN or ad blocker, and try again.

"Your session expired" means your DropFlowLister sign-in ended and couldn't be refreshed. Sign in again in the popup, then reload any open DropFlowLister pages.

Click the log-out icon in the popup header and click OK when asked "Are you sure you want to log out?". Stop any running Flow Lister sessions first.

"Verifying your session…" shows while DropFlowLister checks your plan with its server. It usually takes a few seconds, so wait, then reopen the popup if it doesn't finish.

Yes. You can sign in on as many computers as you need with the same account. There's no limit.

Most DropFlowLister settings, such as Flow Lister options, AI prompts, region, and your Replicate key, are saved in the browser on each computer. Stores, templates, shipping policies, and credits are saved to your account.

Your DropFlowLister sign-in ended during the run. Sign in again in the popup, then go back to Flow Lister and resume.

Sign in to the DropFlowLister dashboard at https://app.dropflowlister.com, open Account Settings, and change your email there.

Email contact@dropflowlister.com from your account email with the subject "Privacy Request" and ask to delete your account. You can also disconnect connected accounts at any time. Some data may be kept as long as the law requires, and backups may hold copies for a limited time.

DropFlowLister prices plans by how many listings (credits) you get each month. eBay plans are Lite ($39, 500 listings), Plus ($69, 1,500), Starter ($125, 4,000), and Growth ($225, 10,000). Poshmark plans are Solo ($19.99, 500), Squad ($64.99, 4,000), and Agency ($125, 10,000). Custom packages cover 15,000 or more listings. Prices are per month in US dollars, and every plan includes the full feature set. Yearly billing saves 20%; for example, Lite costs $31.20 a month and Solo costs $15.99 a month when billed yearly. Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial for $1 that includes the full feature set. A card is required. When the trial ends, the plan you picked starts automatically and we charge its regular price, monthly or yearly as you chose, until you cancel. Cancel online any time before the 14 days are up and you won't be charged for the plan.

When the 14 days end, the plan you picked starts automatically and is charged at its regular price, unless you cancelled first. If you cancelled, DropFlowLister shows a trial-ended message ("Your free trial has ended" in the current app) and locks its tools. Click Upgrade Now to pick a plan and unlock them.

Credits pay for listings: each listing uses 1 credit, and your plan's monthly listing limit equals your credits. The popup shows your credit balance in the Tokens pill, and "Tokens" and "credits" mean the same thing.

Each DropFlowLister listing uses 1 credit, including AI-optimized listings. That's true for Single Lister (Simple list, Flowlist, and Snipelist), Flow Lister for eBay, and Flow Lister for Poshmark. Products already listed in your store are skipped and use 0 credits.

Products already listed in your store, Generate Title, and AI item specifics mapping use 0 credits. Research, tracking, Bookkeeping, Poshmark order tools, and ETA messages don't use credits either. Only listings use credits.

Click the DropFlowLister icon and look at the Tokens pill in the popup header. It shows your credits remaining.

No. Every plan comes with a set number of credits each month. If you need more than the largest plan, Custom plans go up to 100,000 credits a month.

You can upgrade your DropFlowLister plan or buy a one-time credit pack. Your plan's monthly listing limit equals your credits, so a bigger plan gives you more credits each month. You can change plans from your account at any time, and upgrades usually start right away. To buy a one-time credit pack, go to your dashboard.

Your DropFlowLister credits are yours once you pay for them. They don't expire, and unused credits roll over to the next month. This is true for plan credits and for one-time credit packs. You need an active subscription to use them.

No, not while your subscription is cancelled. Your DropFlowLister credits stay on your account and don't expire, but you need an active subscription to use them. When you resubscribe, your saved credits are ready to use again.

These messages mean your balance is too low for the action. Upgrade your plan or buy a one-time credit pack, then continue from the next product with Start Position or Retry Skips.

No. When eBay saves a listing as a draft because required item specifics are missing, DropFlowLister refunds that credit automatically. There's no limit on automatic refunds. To ask for a manual refund, email contact@dropflowlister.com.

This message means eBay saved a draft, but the automatic refund failed. Email contact@dropflowlister.com with the product link and the time so the credit can be checked.

Click Report in the popup and send a Bug Report. You get 500 credits if the bug is verified and fixed. Our team verifies each report and adds the credits once confirmed.

Click Update Payment on the "Payment past due" lock screen, or go to the pricing page. After updating, click I've updated my plan — Re-check in the extension.

No. Plans can't be paused, only cancelled. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your unused credits stay on your account.

You can cancel any time from your account settings on the DropFlowLister website, or by emailing contact@dropflowlister.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Your unused credits stay on your account, but you need an active subscription to use them. After that, DropFlowLister shows "Subscription cancelled" until you resubscribe.

DropFlowLister offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid purchase of a Lite, Plus, or Solo plan. Ask within 30 days of your first payment by emailing contact@dropflowlister.com with the subject "Refund Request", your account email, plan, payment date, and reason. It's one refund per customer. Other plans, renewals, partial periods, upgrades, add-ons, and third-party fees aren't refundable. Refunds go to your original payment method.

DropFlowLister plans are sold by Aurora Asset Management LLC, and payments are processed by Authorize.net. Charges show on your card statement as DropFlow.

Click I've updated my plan — Re-check on the lock screen. If it says "Still no active plan on file.", wait a minute, check you're signed in with the email you paid with, and try again.

Every DropFlowLister plan includes every feature: the Product Importer, Bulk Product Importer, Automated Orders, Order Manager, Draft Manager, Products Manager, Full Business Dashboard, Price & Stock Monitor, Product Research Tool, Smart Pricing Rule System, Advanced Bulk Changes, Product Image Editor, Product Variation Support, One-Click Drafts, Custom Branding, the Mastery Video Course, and private community access. Plans differ only by monthly listing volume and support level. Pick your marketplace, then the monthly listing volume you need.

Custom packages are for sellers who need more than the largest plan, which means 15,000 or more listings a month. eBay packages come in 15,000, 20,000, 30,000, 50,000, or 100,000 listings a month, and Poshmark packages in 15,000, 25,000, 50,000, or 100,000. Custom plans go up to 100,000 credits a month. Pick a package size on the pricing page, or contact sales for a quote. Custom packages include dedicated support.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch marketplace plans from your account at any time. Upgrades usually start right away, and downgrades start at your next billing period. Your workflow stays the same when you move up.

Non-API plans (Lite, Plus, Starter, and Growth) run through the DropFlowLister Chrome extension and are available now. API plans connect straight to eBay and are coming soon. You can preview their prices on the pricing page: Hook $29.99 (300 listings), Launch $49.99 (750), Grow $74.99 (1,500), and Scale $124.99 (3,000) per month, plus Custom for 5,000 or more. Preview prices may change at launch.

Auto-Scheduling starts a Flow Lister run for you at a time you pick. It opens Flow Lister and lists the links you already loaded there.

Open the popup, open your marketplace's settings card, and go to Auto-Scheduling. Turn on Enable Auto-Schedule, set the time, pick One-time execution or Repeat daily, and click Save Schedule.

Yes. eBay has its own schedule under eBay Settings, and Poshmark has its own under Poshmark Settings. Saving or clearing one doesn't change the other.

Max Listing Limit stops a scheduled run after that many listings. Leave it empty to list every link loaded in Flow Lister.

Yes. Chrome must be open and your computer awake at the scheduled time, because the schedule runs inside the extension. Schedules use your computer's local time zone.

The Next scheduled run line in the Auto-Scheduling section shows the date and time of the next run. It shows "—" when no schedule is set.

Open the Auto-Scheduling section for that marketplace and click Clear. The Next scheduled run line goes back to "—".

This message means Schedule Time (24-hour) is empty. Pick a time and click Save Schedule again.

This message means Max Listing Limit has 0, a negative number, or text. Type a whole number above 0, or leave it empty for no limit.

Read the reason in the notification. Most often you need to sign in to DropFlowLister again from the popup, then save the schedule again.

This message means the Flow Lister links box was empty when the schedule fired. Paste your links into Flow Lister and leave them there before the next run.

Auto-Scheduling uses your computer's clock and time zone, in 24-hour format. If you change time zones, check Next scheduled run again.

Flow Lister is DropFlowLister's bulk listing tool, built to help you list at scale. For each supplier link you paste, it reads the supplier page, checks your filters, can rewrite the title and description with AI, builds images from your template, sets your price, and submits the eBay listing. Flow Lister also has a Poshmark version.

Flow Lister accepts product links from Amazon, AliExpress, and Walmart, one per line. Amazon is a supported supplier for sourcing; Amazon as a place to sell is in development. Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Home Depot aren't supported yet.

Flow Lister lists to the eBay site set in the popup under eBay Settings → Region Settings, and the choices today are the United States and Canada. More eBay regions are in progress.

Yes. Flow Lister fills in eBay's own listing form in your browser, so you must be signed in to your eBay seller account in the same Chrome profile.

Apply locks in the store and template for the run. Flow Lister won't start until you click it, and you must click it again after any change.

This message means Flow Lister doesn't have a confirmed store and template. Pick both, click Apply, and press Start again.

Flow Lister adds your markup to the supplier cost, then sets the cents to your Price Ending (99 by default). Default Markup % applies to everything, Variable Supplier Markup can set a different markup per supplier, and Variable Markup by Cost bands override both when the cost matches. Your selling price is worked out and applied to every product before the listing goes live, so you don't price each product by hand.

Min Price and Max Price skip products whose supplier cost is outside that range (defaults $0 and $100). Quantity sets the stock on each listing (default 1). Ad Rate % sets eBay's promoted listing ad rate (default 4%), which eBay charges, not DropFlowLister.

With AI Title & Description Optimization on, the DropFlowLister AI writes the title and description and fills item specifics, and it still uses 1 credit per listing. With it off, Flow Lister lists with the supplier's data and uses 1 credit per product. The AI writes titles and descriptions for e-commerce, with relevant keywords, within the marketplace's character limits.

Start with 1 thread to check your settings, then try 2 or 3 if things run smoothly. More threads list faster but are more likely to trigger supplier bot checks.

Max Listings stops a run after that many successful listings, and 0 means no limit. The cap only works when Enable Max Listings Limit is on, and Flow Lister warns you with Max Listings Limit Is Off if you set a number but leave the toggle off.

Start Position tells Flow Lister which link to start from. Use it to continue a long list after a stop instead of starting again at the top.

Before each run, Flow Lister checks your links against the products already listed for the selected store. Matches are removed from the queue and cost 0 credits.

VERO Brand Protection skips products from brands on the VeRO list. VERO Keyword Protection skips products whose title has a VeRO keyword and merges those keywords into the restricted words check.

Stock Check (skip Out of Stock) skips products that are out of stock at the supplier. For AliExpress, low-stock items are also skipped based on the Safe Mode setting in the popup's eBay Settings.

Amazon Seller Restriction lists Amazon products only when Amazon is both the shipper and the seller, and it's on by default. FBA Only, also on by default, lists Amazon products only when they're Fulfilled by Amazon. Chinese Sellers Only (EU), off by default, lists only products from China-based sellers, for stores that sell to EU buyers.

Some Walmart items offer local Delivery, which doesn't come with a tracking number. This toggle, on by default, skips those items so every order can be tracked.

In the popup under eBay Settings, Max Delivery Time (days) skips AliExpress items with a longer delivery estimate (default 10, max 90). Safe Mode off skips items with 2–5 left but lists items with 1 left, and Safe Mode on skips anything with 5 or fewer.

GPSR is the EU product safety information eBay asks for on some listings. Turn on Add GPSR to add this product safety information to your listings. It's off by default.

Use Template Description, on by default, wraps each description in your saved description template. Close Errored Listings, also on by default, closes a listing tab that hits an error, so the run moves on to the next product.

Run in Separate Window opens listing tabs in their own Chrome window so Flow Lister doesn't take over your keyboard. You can put other windows in front of it, but don't cover it completely or minimize it.

In Shipping Policies, pick one eBay policy for AliExpress, Amazon, and Walmart, or click Add to create one. If your queue has a supplier with no policy, the Missing Shipping Policies box lets you go back or click Continue Anyway to use eBay's default.

Amazon Cooldown Active means Amazon is slowing down requests, so Flow Lister waits before it continues. End & Pause ends the wait and pauses the run so you can change settings, then you resume when ready. A cooldown usually lasts 1 to 3 minutes.

eBay saves a draft when required item specifics are missing, which is an eBay rule. The credit for that product is refunded, and you can finish the draft in eBay.

Each skip reason names the filter the product failed, such as a skip keyword, a VeRO brand, low stock, or slow delivery. See the skip table in Flow Lister for eBay: troubleshooting.

Retry Skips tries every skipped and unlisted product once more, adds successes to Listed, and removes anything that fails again. Copy Unlisted copies every link that isn't listed so you can save or reuse it.

Click Status Report under the Product Links box. It opens a full report of the current session.

Your balance reached 0, so the run stopped. Add credits, then continue from the next link with Start Position or Retry Skips. To get more, upgrade your plan or buy a one-time credit pack (see https://dropflowlister.com/pricing/).

The supplier page didn't show a price Flow Lister could read, often because the item is unavailable. Open the link to check it, then retry or remove it.

"No valid size" means no size passed your variation filters for price difference and delivery days. "Sizes could not be verified" means the size data couldn't be read, so try again later.

First check your eBay drafts and active listings so you don't list the product twice. Then use Retry Skips, and try fewer threads if it keeps happening.

Yes, Skip Keywords is a free-text list with one word per line. Load Defaults adds the built-in list, which includes words like "refurbished", "renewed", and "used".

Yes. Flow Lister applies the image template you picked to the supplier's photos for every listing, so your listings get consistent, branded images without design software. You can also turn on AI Image Enhancement. Flow Lister uses the supplier's photos rather than creating new product photos.

Yes. Flow Lister lists products with variations, such as size and color. With Enable Variation Filtering on, it leaves out variations that cost too much more than the base price or arrive too slowly.

Flow Lister for Poshmark takes Amazon links or ASINs, optimizes each product with AI, and fills in Poshmark's listing form for you. It sets the title, description, category, colors, sizes, images, price, condition, SKU, and discounted shipping. Listings are formatted for Poshmark, so you don't have to fix each one by hand.

Yes. Flow Lister for Poshmark accepts full Amazon product links or bare ASINs, one per line.

Flow Lister for Poshmark supports Amazon only.

Flow Lister supports poshmark.com (US) and poshmark.ca (Canada). amazon.com products go to poshmark.com, and amazon.ca products go to poshmark.ca, based on Poshmark Settings → Region Settings.

Yes. Flow Lister fills in Poshmark's listing form in your browser, so you must be signed in to Poshmark in the same Chrome profile.

Validate checks each line and counts valid items and invalid items. A line is invalid when it has no Amazon product ID, such as a search page link.

Before each run, Flow Lister checks your products against those already listed in the selected store. Matches move to Already Listed Products (Excluded) and are skipped.

Pick a store in Select Store, then a template in Select Template, and click Preview to see it. Click Apply to use it, or Edit Template to change it in the Poshmark Template Builder.

This warning means you changed the store but didn't click Apply. Click Cancel, click Apply, and start again so listings go to the right store.

Markup Percentage (150% by default) is your profit over Amazon cost: 100% doubles the price and 200% triples it. Variable Markup by Cost bands let you set a different markup per cost range, and a matching band overrides Markup Percentage.

Variable Shipping Discount by Cost picks a Poshmark shipping discount by Amazon cost range. $4.99 applies to poshmark.com, and C$6.99 or C$9.99 apply to poshmark.ca, and a matching band overrides Offer Free Shipping.

Offer Free Shipping sets discounted shipping to "Free" on every Poshmark listing. The buyer pays nothing for shipping, so the cost comes out of your profit.

Variation Filtering lists only one variation per product to avoid duplicates. Variations priced more than Max Price Diff % (10%) above the base price, or arriving later than Max Delivery Days (4), are filtered out.

Start with 1 thread and move to 2 or 3 if runs are smooth. More threads are faster but use more computer resources and can trigger Amazon blocks sooner.

Start From sets which item number the run starts at. Max Successful stops the run after that many successful listings, and skipped products don't count.

After 100 successful listings, Flow Lister adds a 2-minute cooldown every 5 listings. This pacing lowers the chance that Amazon blocks your browser.

Amazon showed a CAPTCHA, so Flow Lister pauses, cools down, and tries to resume on its own. If you see "Could not auto-resume", click Continue, and use fewer threads next time.

Poshmark limits how many listings an account can create, and Flow Lister stops with "⚠️ Listing Limit Reached" when you hit it. Poshmark doesn't publish this limit. If you see the message, pause listing for 24 hours, then try again.

Flow Lister adds every size to the Poshmark listing but sets sizes Amazon doesn't stock to quantity 0. Buyers can only buy sizes that are in stock.

Flow Lister logs a warning such as "⚠️ No "X" option in Discounted Shipping…" and the listing keeps Poshmark's available option. Check that your bands use the right amounts for your region.

This message means the product was already processed for this store, so it's skipped. Products already listed in a store are not charged again, and skipped products never use credits.

Click the export button in Listing Activity. Flow Lister saves a CSV named dropflow-listing-activity-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.

This error means Start From is higher than the number of items in your list. Set Start From to 1 or to a number within the list.

These messages mean the Poshmark tab landed on the wrong page or on Poshmark's error page while listing. Check that you're signed in to Poshmark, then run the product again.

No. Only one Flow Lister can be open at a time, and opening one asks you to close the other.

The Single Lister is a panel DropFlowLister adds to supplier product pages. It lets you check, price, and list one product to eBay without opening Flow Lister.

The Single Lister panel shows on product pages from Amazon (amazon.com and amazon.ca), AliExpress (.com and .us), and Walmart.com. Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Home Depot aren't supported yet.

Simple list lists with your own title and price. Flowlist uses AI to write the title, description, and item specifics. Snipelist copies the title and price of an existing eBay listing and lowers the price slightly.

Each Single Lister listing uses 1 credit: Simple list, Flowlist, and Snipelist all cost 1. Generate Title is free.

Generate Title uses AI to turn the title you typed into a search-friendly title of up to 80 characters. It doesn't use any credits.

Click Snipelist (1), then type an eBay item number or paste the JSON copied by the eBay search icon Snipe the Title And Price. Click Fetch, check the title and price, and click List.

Sniper Price Markdown (cents) is the amount Snipelist takes off the copied eBay price so you undercut that seller. The default is 0.10, or 10 cents.

The status checks show whether Amazon sells the item, whether it's in stock, whether delivery is within your limit, and whether it has Prime, CE marking, or restricted words. Each check shows a pass or an error, and Show more lists them all.

Open the popup and go to eBay Settings → Amazon (Single Lister) → Max Delivery Time (days). The default is 3 days, and the maximum is 60.

VeRO Safe means no protected brand was found in the title. VeRO Brand Detected means the title has a protected brand and listing is risky. VeRO list unavailable means the list didn't load, so check the brand yourself.

Yes. The panel asks you to confirm, and you can click List anyway. The risks include listing removal, policy strikes, account limits or suspension, and legal action from the rights owner.

Check Chinese Seller re-checks the seller profile for signs that the seller is based in China. It shows "✅ Not a Chinese seller — no indicators detected." when none are found.

Drag an image to reorder it, and click the remove icon to drop it. Click the restore icon to bring a removed image back.

Calculated Price is the supplier cost plus your Markup (%). Final Price is the price that will be listed, and Profit is the difference between that price and the supplier cost.

DropFlowLister keeps a list of the products already listed in each store. The panel stops you so you don't list the same product twice.

These messages mean the panel couldn't read the product page. Refresh the page and try again, or add the product to Flow Lister instead.

No. These messages mean the AI step didn't finish, so nothing was listed. If a listing fails, its credit is refunded automatically.

Yes. When eBay saves a draft because required item specifics are missing, the Single Lister refunds the credit. If the refund fails, you'll see "⚠️ Credit could not be auto-refunded."

eBay's listing page is slow. Keep waiting, and check your eBay drafts and active listings before you try again.

Snipelist needs a title and a price before it can list. Click Fetch to pull them from eBay, or type them in the panel.

The panel only shows on supported product pages and only when your plan is active. Refresh the page (F5), and check that you're signed in to DropFlowLister.

AI Image Enhancement edits your product photos with AI before Flow Lister lists them. It can clean up a photo or place the product on a background image you upload.

AI Image Enhancement runs on Replicate, an outside AI service, using your own account. Your API key lets DropFlowLister send images to Replicate on your behalf.

Sign up at Replicate.com, set up billing there, and create an API token in your Replicate dashboard. The token starts with r8_.

You can pick p-image-edit ($0.01), Nano Banana ($0.039), FLUX Kontext Image Pro ($0.04), FLUX Kontext Pro ($0.04), FLUX Kontext Max ($0.08), or Qwen Image Edit 2511 ($0.03) per image. These are Replicate's prices as shown in DropFlowLister, and Replicate can change them.

Replicate bills you directly for each image, because enhancement runs on your own Replicate account. DropFlowLister doesn't charge credits for image enhancement.

Your Replicate API key is stored in your browser on this computer. It's used to send images from your browser to Replicate.

Click Test API Connection to check your key. To preview, upload a photo under Test with Sample Image (Optional) and click Test Image Enhancement, then compare the before and after images.

The Load Poshmark Optimized Prompt button fills in a built-in prompt written for Poshmark-style product photos. You can edit it or write your own.

Upload a background in the Flow Lister's AI Image Enhancement section with Upload Background (eBay) or Upload (Poshmark). The AI uses it as the scene for your product.

You can enhance 1 to 10 images per product. Set it in Images to Enhance (eBay) or Images (Poshmark).

This message means no key, model, and prompt are saved yet. Click Configure, fill in all three, and click Save Configuration.

Replicate didn't return an enhanced image for that product, so Flow Lister used the original photos. The listing still goes ahead.

Test uploads and backgrounds can be PNG, JPG, or WEBP files up to 10 MB. Larger files show "Image size must be less than 10MB".

Yes. Each image can take 15–60 seconds depending on the model, so enhancing more images per product makes runs slower.

The title and description prompts are instructions sent to the DropFlowLister AI before it writes a listing. They tell the AI what style, length, and sections to use.

You can edit the AI prompts in the popup under eBay Settings or Poshmark Settings → AI Prompt Configuration, or in the AI Prompt Configuration section of each Flow Lister. Both places edit the same prompts.

DropFlowLister replaces the {paste product details…} placeholder with the product's details. If you remove it, the details are added at the end under "PRODUCT INFO:", which can give weaker results.

Click Restore Default under the Title Prompt or Description Prompt. The built-in prompt comes back right away.

Yes. eBay and Poshmark each have their own title and description prompts, so you can write for each marketplace's style.

This message means the AI didn't get an eBay prompt. Click Restore Default under both prompts, then retry the listing.

No. Each listing uses 1 credit, including AI-optimized listings, so your prompt doesn't change the cost.

Change one thing at a time, ask for short eBay titles (eBay allows 80 characters), and never ask the AI to add features the product doesn't have. Test each change on 3–5 products before a big run.

An image template is a layout DropFlowLister uses to build your listing's main photo. It places product photos into slots and adds overlays such as borders, badges, text, and your logo. You pick the template in Flow Lister, and it's added to the photos of every listing in that run.

Yes. eBay templates are made in the Image Template Editor, and Poshmark templates are made in the Poshmark Template Builder. Each marketplace's Flow Lister only shows its own templates. Templates work for eBay and Poshmark listings today, and more marketplaces are in development.

Pick a store, click New Template, type a Template Name, and pick a layout preset. Adjust the slots, then click Save Template.

Layout presets are starting layouts: Single, 2 Images, 3 Images, 4 Images, and 2×2 Grid. After you pick one, you can drag and resize each slot.

Click Add Slot, then drag the slot to move it or drag its corners and edges to resize it. Use Slot Properties to type exact sizes, set Rotation (°), or lock the aspect ratio.

Contain shows the whole photo inside the slot, which may leave empty space. Cover fills the whole slot and may crop the edges of the photo.

Open the Basic Overlays tab and click Border, Badge, Watermark, or Text. Then drag the overlay where you want it on the canvas. Overlays include borders, badges, watermarks, text, and your own images. For your own images, you can set the width, height, position, opacity, and rotation.

Open the Basic Overlays tab and click #1 Best Seller or Limited Time Deal. Only use these badges when they're true for the product.

Open the Custom Images tab and click Upload Custom Image. The image is saved inside the template, so small files work best.

Turn on Set as default template, then click Save Template. The default is picked automatically for that store.

Turn on Default Header Banner under Canvas Settings and set the Banner Height (160 px by default). The banner runs across the top of the image.

Click Export JSON to download the template as a file. Click Import JSON and pick a file to add it to the current store. Use this to back up designs, move templates between stores, or share a template with your team.

Yes. Each template belongs to one store, and the template menu only shows templates for the store you picked. You can save many templates, name each one, set one as the default, and switch between them, for example for different stores or product types.

This message means the template is empty. Pick a layout preset or click Add Slot, then save again.

These messages mean the editor couldn't reach the server or your sign-in expired. Check your connection, reload the page, and sign in again if needed.

The eBay editor starts at 1300 × 1308 px, and the Poshmark editor starts at 1080 × 1440 px. Keep these defaults unless you have a reason to change them, because each marketplace sets its own image rules.

No. You build the whole template inside DropFlowLister on a visual canvas. Click to select, drag to move, use the corner and edge handles to resize, and use the arrow keys to nudge items into place.

Yes, once you pick it. Choose the template in Flow Lister and click Apply. From then on, Flow Lister adds the template to the product photos of every listing in that run, with no editing per listing.

DropFlowLister Region Settings support the United States and Canada today. More eBay regions are in progress.

Open the popup, pick the marketplace, and open its settings card, such as eBay Settings or Poshmark Settings. Go to Region Settings and pick a country in Select Marketplace Region.

Yes. The eBay region and the Poshmark region are set separately, so you can list to ebay.com and poshmark.ca at the same time, for example.

No. The eBay region only sets the eBay site you list to. In Poshmark mode, the region sets both the Amazon site and the Poshmark site.

Region Settings only offer the United States and Canada today. More regions, including more eBay sites, are in progress. We don't have dates to share yet.

The region badge shows which eBay site the page is using, such as ebay.com. It follows the region you set in the popup under eBay Settings → Region Settings.

This message means DropFlowLister couldn't save the region. Close and reopen the popup, pick the region again, and reload the extension at chrome://extensions if it still fails.

A store in DropFlowLister is a named profile for one selling account or closet. Each store has its own image templates and its own list of already-listed products, which DropFlowLister uses to stop duplicates.

Click New Store in Flow Lister or a template editor, type a name, and click Create store. The new store shows up in the store menu right away.

Pick the store in the store menu, pick a template, and click Apply. Flow Lister keeps using the last applied store until you click Apply again.

Yes. DropFlowLister is built for sellers with more than one store, and you can create a store for each selling account. Each store keeps its own markup, templates, and duplicate history. There's no limit on how many stores you can add.

Image templates and already-listed history are separate for each store. In the Poshmark Flow Lister, Markup Percentage is also saved per store, while eBay Flow Lister markup settings are saved in Flow Lister itself.

Click Delete Store, check the stores to delete, and click Confirm delete (N) twice. Deleting a store can't be undone.

If you delete the default store, the oldest remaining store becomes the default. If you delete the store you have open, the page switches to the default store.

This message means you already have a store with that name. Type a different name, or pick the existing store from the menu.

DropFlowLister needs at least one store to list products. Uncheck one store in the delete window, then confirm.

These messages mean DropFlowLister couldn't reach the server or your sign-in expired. Check your connection, click the refresh button, and sign out and back in if it still fails.

VeRO is eBay's Verified Rights Owner program, which lets brands ask eBay to remove listings that use their name without permission. Listing these brands can lead to removed listings and account limits on eBay.

DropFlowLister's VeRO list comes from the DropFlowLister server and loads into the extension after you sign in. The DropFlowLister team maintains it and adds brands and keywords from user suggestions after review.

VERO Brands are protected brand names checked against the product's brand. VERO Keywords are protected words checked against the product's title.

DropFlowLister refreshes the VeRO list after you sign in, every hour, and whenever you click Refresh from Server.

Each refresh replaces the VERO Brands and VERO Keywords lists with the server version. Put words you always want blocked in Skip Keywords or Restricted words instead.

Restricted words is your own list in Profit Hunter of words to keep out of product titles. Skip Keywords is your own list in each Flow Lister, and products whose title has any of those words are skipped.

Click Report in the popup header and pick VERO Suggestion or Keyword Suggestion. Suggestions go to admin review before they reach the shared list.

The product's brand matched the VeRO brand list, or its title did when the brand was generic. Flow Lister skips it to protect your account.

Many products list their brand as "Generic" or "Unbranded" while the real brand name is in the title. Flow Lister checks the title against the VeRO brand list in those cases so protected brands don't slip through.

This message means the VeRO list didn't load on that page. Check the brand yourself, then click Refresh from Server in Flow Lister and refresh the product page.

No. VeRO protection lowers your risk, but no list covers every brand, and rights owners and marketplaces make the final call. VeRO and keyword checks are aids only. They aren't complete, can make mistakes, and don't replace your own review of each listing.

DropFlowLister's VeRO protection checks products before you list them. Other DropFlowLister tools, such as the Listing Sanitizer in Boost My Listings and Flow Tracker, can check listings you already have.

The Restricted words list starts empty until you add words. Open Profit Hunter and type your words, or click Load Defaults.

The VeRO controls in DropFlowLister are in the eBay Flow Lister, Single Lister, and Profit Hunter. Yes. The VeRO lists apply to Poshmark listings too. The Poshmark Flow Lister also has Skip Keywords for words you want to avoid.

The DropFlowLister icons are research shortcuts added under each eBay listing. They check sold counts, copy the title and price, save the seller, and search Amazon, eBay, Terapeak, or Google.

Check How Many Sold shows a badge with units sold in a time window, like "12 sold / 90d". The window follows Items Sold Within in Market Analyzer, or 90 days if it isn't set.

Snipe the Title And Price copies the listing's title, price, and item number to your clipboard. You can paste it into Snipelist in the Single Lister.

Save eBay Seller adds that seller to your Market Analyzer competitor list. You can then scan the seller's store in Market Analyzer.

Each shortcut opens a new search for the listing on that site, using its title, photo, or description. They help you find a supplier or check demand quickly.

Fetch Titles sends the titles of qualifying listings on the current page to Profit Hunter. A listing qualifies when its seller meets your Minimum Positive Feedback % (95 by default) and Minimum Review Count (500 by default).

Click Fetch Titles on the eBay search results toolbar. The titles are added to Profit Hunter, and the toolbar shows "N sent ✓".

On items listed with DropFlowLister, the item page shows a link like Open Amazon listing (ASIN). It reads the supplier product from the item's SKU and opens it.

💰 Calculate opens the Earnings Calculator on eBay item pages. Enter Price ($), Cost ($), Fees %, Tax %, and Promo Margin %, then click Calculate to see your earnings.

The icons only show on search results and item pages, and only when your DropFlowLister plan is active. Refresh the page, and sign in through the popup if needed.

No. The shortcut opens eBay's free Product Research (Terapeak) for the listing, so you don't need a paid subscription.

The icons are built for eBay search and item pages on eBay US and Canada. More eBay regions are in progress.

Market Analyzer scans the stores of eBay sellers you choose and shows what they sell and how much has sold. You can filter results by sold quantity, price, and demand, then send titles to Profit Hunter to find matching supplier products.

Type eBay usernames into Competitor Usernames, one per line, or click Import to load a .txt or .csv file. Sellers you save with the Save eBay Seller icon on eBay search results are added too.

Total Sold History set to On collects each item's sold history over time and scans sellers one at a time. Items Sold Within keeps only items that sold within the window you pick, from Last 1 Day to Last 90 Days or All Time.

Start with 1 — Slow & Safe, which is least likely to trigger eBay's bot check. Move to 2 — Balanced or 3 — Fast only if scans run smoothly.

eBay showed a bot check, so Market Analyzer closes its scanner tabs and pauses for 60 seconds. It then resumes from the same position, or you can click Resume Now.

Market Analyzer removes your own eBay store IDs so you only scan competitors. DropFlowLister records your eBay store ID when you use eBay while signed in.

On the Scan Results page, click Filters and set sold quantity, price range, competitors, or sold window. Pick a Sort By option and click Apply Filters.

Click Export JSON to save your results to a file. Click Import JSON to load a file you exported before.

Filter the results, then click Send to Hunter to send all visible titles. Open the Profit Hunter tab and click Search Titles.

Continue & Replace removes all items waiting in Profit Hunter and adds your new titles. Click Cancel if you want to transfer the old items to Flow Lister first.

Yes. Set Start Position to the seller number you want, then click Start Scan.

Select items and click Delete Selected, or click Delete All. Deleted results can't be recovered, so export JSON first if you need a backup.

Market Analyzer uses the eBay region set in the popup, which is the United States or Canada today. More eBay regions are in progress.

Sold counts depend on the data eBay shows for each item. Turn on Total Sold History for more detail, and remember that some items show little or no sold data.

Profit Hunter is DropFlowLister's supplier matching tool. It searches a supplier for each term you enter, such as titles from Market Analyzer, and filters results by price, reviews, rating, and protection settings like VeRO and duplicate protection. You can then send the matched links to Flow Lister in one click or copy them.

Profit Hunter can search Amazon, AliExpress, or Walmart. With Amazon picked, you can also turn on Also search AliExpress and Also search Walmart.

Type or paste product titles or keywords into Search Terms, one per line, or click Paste. Then click Search Titles.

Price Range ($), Reviews Range, and Rating (0–5) keep only products inside those ranges. Min Sold (AliExpress) keeps AliExpress items with at least that many sold.

Items/term is how many products to collect per search term (2 by default). Threads is how many terms are searched at once. Max Niche is a second cap, and the smaller of the two caps wins.

Amazon's Choice and Best Sellers put those products first. Amazon is seller keeps only items sold by Amazon.

Duplicate protection, on by default, skips products already in your results. Remove books leaves books out of your results.

Required keywords keeps products whose titles have your keywords, using All present or Any present. Restricted words leaves out products whose titles have any of those words.

When on, AliExpress: US only keeps only AliExpress items from US warehouses with free shipping. When off, it also includes items from other countries.

Walmart only offers free shipping on items priced $35 and above. This is a Walmart rule, so Profit Hunter warns you when your minimum price is lower.

Click Transfer → eBay Flow Lister. Profit Hunter adds the links to Flow Lister and tells you how many new links it added. Research and listing are connected: products you find with Market Analyzer, Profit Hunter, or the ASIN Manager can go straight to Flow Lister for AI optimization, pricing, and publishing.

Click Export Links to see all the links, then click Copy All. You can paste them into a spreadsheet or another tool.

Continue keeps the results you already have and adds new findings to them. Cancel keeps you on the page so you can transfer the old results first.

Yes. "Product Hunter" is an older name for Profit Hunter that still shows on some buttons and tooltips.

Your filters may have removed every result, or the supplier may have blocked the search. Widen your filters one at a time, lower Threads, and search again.

Activity Logs is a page that lists product-tracking events, like a supplier product becoming unavailable or a listing's stock or price changing. Open it from the popup under Settings → Account → View Activity Logs.

The page can show Product Unavailable, Stock Out, Stock In, Price Update, Sync Started, and Sync Completed events. Entries appear once a tracking tool starts running.

Choose an Event Type and a Time Range (Last Hour, Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, or All Time), and type an ASIN or SKU in Search ASIN/SKU. Then click Apply Filters. Click Reset to clear them.

Click Export JSON to download your most recent 100 entries as a file. Click Clear All and confirm to delete every entry, which can't be undone. You can also delete a single entry from its row.

Activity Logs fill in once a tracking tool starts running, so "No logs found" is normal before your first run. Filters can also hide entries, so click Reset and choose All Time.

Logs are saved to your DropFlowLister account until you delete them. DropFlowLister keeps account data while your account is active, then deletes or anonymizes it.

Flow Tracker is DropFlowLister's price and stock tracker for eBay. It reads your active eBay listings, checks each matching supplier product for price, stock, and delivery time, and works out a new price and quantity using your markup. You can then download the update file or push it to eBay through Seller Hub Reports, or have it upload automatically when the scan finishes. DropFlowLister also has the Seller Hub Price Tracker for eBay and Flow Tracker for Poshmark. The website calls these the CSV Flow Tracker, the eBay Simple Tracker, and the Poshmark Closet Tracker.

In eBay, go to Seller Hub → Reports → Downloads and download the All active listings report. Then click Load CSV in Flow Tracker. You can also click Automate and Flow Tracker downloads the report for you.

Automate opens eBay Seller Hub Reports, picks Listings → All active listings, downloads the report, loads it into Flow Tracker, and starts the scan. If the download isn't caught within about 2 minutes, load the file yourself with Load CSV.

Flow Tracker tracks Amazon, AliExpress, and Walmart products. Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Home Depot aren't supported yet.

Flow Tracker reads the listing's Custom label (SKU). A plain Amazon ASIN (for example B0XXXXXXXX) maps to Amazon, and the coded SKUs that DropFlowLister writes when it lists an AliExpress or Walmart product map to that supplier. Rows with no SKU are skipped. Only SKUs created by DropFlowLister are guaranteed to work. SKUs typed by hand or made by other tools may not map to the right supplier.

Delivery Threshold (days) (default 7) is the longest delivery time you accept. Slower items get quantity 0. AliExpress Delivery (days) (default 30) is a separate, longer limit used only for AliExpress items.

Set Qty → 0 keeps the listing live with no stock, so it can restock itself later and keeps its history. End item ends the listing on eBay, which you can't undo from Flow Tracker. Most sellers start with qty 0. Either way, buyers can't buy products you can't fulfill, which protects your seller metrics.

Markup % (default 100) applies to every item: 100% turns a $10 cost into $20. Platform Variation Pricing sets a different markup per supplier. Variable Pricing by Range sets a markup by supplier cost band, and a matching band overrides both other settings.

↻ Re-apply to scanned recalculates the prices of rows you already scanned using your current markup and bands. You don't need to rescan the supplier pages.

Price Endings Filter limits tracking to listings whose price ends in the cents you list, such as 99 or 97. Leave it blank to track all listings. Price Ending to Apply makes each new price end in .99, .97, .95, or .93, or leaves the ending unchanged.

Max Price Drop % (default 30) blocks any new price that is more than that percent below the current eBay price. The row shows "PRICE DROP BLOCKED" and the price stays the same, so a bad supplier read can't sell your item too cheap. Set it to 100 to turn the guard off.

This option zeroes the eBay quantity when the supplier adds a paid shipping charge. The shipping cost isn't part of your markup, so selling would lose margin. The listing stays live and restocks if shipping becomes free again.

Yes. In Scan Settings under What to update on eBay, turn Price or Stock quantity on or off. Both are always scanned, and at least one must stay on.

⬇ Download CSV saves the update file so you can review it and upload it yourself. ↑ Push to eBay saves the same file and opens Seller Hub → Reports → Uploads, where Flow Tracker adds the file for you.

When this box is on, Flow Tracker pushes the update file to eBay as soon as the scan ends, with no extra click. Leave it off until you trust your settings.

Flow Tracker supports listings from eBay US and Canada, and more eBay regions are in progress. Rows from other sites show "that region isn't supported yet, left untouched".

"ASIN changed" means Amazon now sends the link to a different product. "Not Amazon-fulfilled" means the offer isn't shipped by Amazon. "Amazon Global Store import" means it ships from outside the region, and "VeRO brand" means the brand is protected. In each case Flow Tracker sets quantity to 0 to protect you.

Flow Tracker shows this when you click ▶ Start before loading any listings. Click Load CSV or Automate first.

This means the eBay report didn't download within about 2 minutes. Download All active listings from Seller Hub → Reports → Downloads yourself and load it with Load CSV.

The supplier saw too many requests, so Flow Tracker pauses and counts down before it resumes on its own. This limit comes from the supplier, not from DropFlowLister. Use fewer Threads next time.

Solve the captcha in the supplier tab that Flow Tracker opened. Tracking resumes on its own once the check clears.

Click ▶ Start or ↺ Retry Errors. Flow Tracker paused itself to stay stable and continues from where it stopped.

Click ↺ Retry Errors. Flow Tracker re-checks rows that timed out, were blocked, or hit a softban or captcha.

Flow Tracker allows 1 to 8 threads and starts at 3. More threads are faster but make supplier blocks more likely. Keep it at 3. If you see rate limits or captchas, lower it to 1 or 2.

Yes. Flow Tracker loads a file of all your active eBay listings, so it can scan thousands of listings in one session. Use more threads to go faster, but lower them if you see rate limits or captchas.

Flow Lister creates and publishes your listings. Flow Tracker keeps them up to date after they're live by checking supplier prices and stock. Together they cover a listing from start to finish.

Flow Tracker for Poshmark checks each closet listing against its Amazon product. It sets out-of-stock items to Not For Sale, updates prices using your markup, and sets sold-out sizes to 0. It scrolls through your closet and updates each listing as it goes, based on current Amazon prices and your markup. The website calls it the Poshmark Closet Tracker.

In the popup, choose Poshmark and click the Flow Tracker card. Poshmark opens your closet, where the Product Tracker widget appears. Set your options in Open Settings, then click Track Items.

Enable Stock Monitor hides items when Amazon is out of stock. Enable Price Monitor updates prices when Amazon's price changes. Enable Size Variation Tracking syncs stock size by size on multi-size listings.

Markup Percent (%) is added to the Amazon cost: 100% makes $100 into $200, and 70% makes it $170. It must be a whole number. Negative numbers are allowed and price below the Amazon cost.

Price Trigger Threshold is the smallest price change that triggers an update. The default is 0, so any change updates the price. Set it higher, for example 2, to skip small changes.

Max Delivery Days (default 4, range 1 to 30) marks an item unavailable when Amazon's delivery takes longer than that.

Start Tracking From Product # skips listings before that spot in your closet, and Stop Tracking After Product # stops after that spot. Leave either at 0 to start at the first listing or track with no limit.

It skips any item already tracked successfully within that many hours (0 to 720), so a restarted run doesn't redo finished work. 48 is suggested for big closets. Set it back to 0 for normal runs, or those items won't get fresh prices.

Choose Amazon.com (USA) if your products come from amazon.com, or Amazon.ca (Canada) if they come from amazon.ca. It should match where you sourced the listings.

🚀 Concurrent Tracking Level sets how many items are checked at once, from 1 to 3 (default 3). Higher is faster but makes Amazon blocks more likely.

Continuous Tracking (background) re-tracks your whole closet in a loop until you press Stop. It runs on one thread in its own window so it keeps going while the tab sits behind other windows. Leave a sliver of it visible; Chrome shows a speaker icon for its silent keep-alive sound.

Chrome slows down tabs that are hidden or minimized, which can stall tracking. Keep the closet tab in front, and don't minimize the window or switch tabs while it runs.

Click the $ button on the listing's tile in your closet ("Track just this listing"). It uses your current tracker settings.

The tracker looks for the Amazon ASIN in the listing's SKU, then in its description. If none is found, the tile shows "SKU not available — no ASIN found…". Add the ASIN as the SKU to fix it.

The listing is set to Not For Sale. If Poshmark doesn't allow that switch, the tracker raises the price to 10 times instead ("10x fallback") so no one buys it.

Amazon now shows a different product for that link, so the tracker set the listing to Not For Sale to protect you. Check the Amazon page and update the SKU if it's still the same item. ASIN-change checking is always on and can't be turned off.

The listing is skipped and left unchanged, and it will be checked next run. Amazon set this limit, not DropFlowLister. Lower the tracking level and try later.

Poshmark didn't confirm the size update, so the tracker left sizes as they were. The item will be retried on the next run.

All three monitors are off. Turn on Stock Monitor, Price Monitor, or Size Variation Tracking in Open Settings.

The markup box only accepts whole numbers like -100, 0, 70, or 400. Remove any decimal point or % sign.

The listing points to a Temu product, and Flow Tracker for Poshmark only tracks Amazon today. The listing is left unchanged.

Go to chrome://extensions, find DropFlowLister, and click its reload button. Then refresh your closet and start tracking again.

The DropFlow panel is a floating box that DropFlowLister adds to your eBay Seller Hub → Listings → Active page. Its Price Tracker checks each listing's supplier product and edits the price and quantity right in Seller Hub, and its Purger ends low-performing listings.

With Auto run mode off, ▶ Start checks the listings on your current page. With it on, ▶ Start Autorun moves through every page, then loops back to page 1 and starts a new lap until you stop it.

The Price Tracker now runs in the Seller Hub tab where you click Start, and it plays a silent sound so Chrome doesn't slow that tab down. Keep the tab open, and keep the tab visible. Don't minimize the window while it runs.

Markup % (default 100) applies to all items. Under Variation settings, Supplier Variation Pricing sets a markup for Amazon, AliExpress, or Walmart, and Variable Pricing by Range sets a markup by supplier cost band. A matching cost band overrides both other markups.

Restock qty (1 to 10, default 1) is the quantity a listing gets when its supplier item is back in stock. Sync in-stock qty also moves listings that are already in stock to that same quantity. Out-of-stock and low-stock listings always go to 0 either way.

Track price lets the tracker change your prices, and Track stock lets it change quantities. If you turn one off, the tracker still reads the supplier but doesn't change that field.

The new price would equal or be below the supplier cost, so the tracker leaves your price alone to avoid selling at a loss. Check your Markup % and cost bands.

The new price was more than your Max Price Drop % (default 30) below the current price. The tracker leaves the price alone and flags the row so you can check the supplier page. Set the limit to 100 to turn this guard off.

Click 📋 Log in the panel. Click ⭳ Export CSV to save the log as a file (up to 100,000 entries, newest first), or 🗑 Clear All Logs to delete it. The log is stored only in your browser and is never uploaded.

Purge Listings ends active eBay listings that match all the rules you set: Max Sold (default 0), Max Views (default 100), and Min Days Listed (default 30). It sorts listings oldest first and ends matches page by page. Ended listings are not relisted.

All three Purger fields are blank, so it doesn't know what to end. Fill in at least one of Max Sold, Max Views, or Min Days Listed.

The Purger stopped because eBay's page didn't respond as expected. Refresh the page, scroll so the full table loads, check which listings already ended, and click Purge Listings again.

The supplier started blocking checks, so the tracker pauses and shows how many minutes are left. It then tests the supplier and continues on its own. This limit comes from the supplier, not from DropFlowLister.

The Seller Hub Price Tracker edits listings one by one inside Seller Hub and needs no file. Flow Tracker scans a CSV of all your listings in its own page and updates eBay with one bulk upload. Use Flow Tracker for large stores and the Seller Hub Price Tracker for small ones. The website calls the Seller Hub Price Tracker the eBay Simple Tracker and Flow Tracker the CSV Flow Tracker. Both use your markup on current supplier prices. In the extension, Purge Listings is part of the Seller Hub Price Tracker.

Boost My Listings is a DropFlowLister dashboard that automates eBay Seller Hub tasks. It can relist low performers, turn Best Offer on or off, send offers, end VeRO-risk and duplicate listings, and run some tasks on a schedule.

The eBay Region menu in Boost My Listings lists ebay.com, .ca, .co.uk, .com.au, .de, .fr, .it, .es, and .nl, but DropFlowLister supports only eBay US and Canada today. More eBay regions are in progress.

Yes, keep the dashboard tab open while a workflow runs, because closing it pauses auto-repeat. Scheduled runs are different: they run from the extension's background, so the dashboard can be closed.

End & Sell Similar ends low-performing eBay listings and relists them with eBay's Sell similar, so they get a fresh listing date. Sellers use it to give stale listings a new start.

Click the gear on the End & Sell Similar card. Set Max Sold (default 0), Max Views (30d) (default 1000), and Hours Left ≤ (default 0, which means ignore). Only listings that pass the filters are ended and relisted.

In Seller Hub → Listings → Active, click Customize and show Views (30 days), Item number, Sold quantity, Available quantity, and Time left. Duplicate Cleaner also needs Custom label (SKU).

End & Sell Similar creates new listings through eBay's Sell similar, so the new listings start fresh. Each new listing gets a new item ID, and watchers and sales history don't carry over.

eBay hasn't shown the ended items on its Ended page yet. Wait a few minutes and run End & Sell Similar again.

Bulk Revise changes the Best Offer setting on every active listing. Choose Turn Off Offers, Turn On Offers, or Off Then On, then click Revise Listings.

Look at the eBay tab for a sign-in prompt or error, close it, and click Revise Listings again. If it keeps happening, turn on Debug mode and send the result to support.

Send Offers sends promotional offers to buyers interested in your listings at the Offer Percent you set. You can add an optional note of up to 500 characters in Send Offers — message to buyers.

Turn on Auto-run every and pick an interval from 2 minutes (for testing) to 4 hours, and Send Offers runs in a background tab. Because two workflows driving Seller Hub at once can break each other, auto-run is paused while End & Sell Similar or Bulk Revise runs.

eBay didn't show the send-offer option, there were no eligible listings, or the page was too slow. Which listings can receive offers is decided by eBay. Check the eBay tab and try again later.

Listing Sanitizer scans your live eBay titles for words on the VeRO keyword list that Flow Lister uses, then lets you end the matches. It doesn't check brand names; brands are checked when you list.

After Scan Store, click Review results. Tick rows and choose End Selected or End All Flagged, or click Keep so a listing isn't flagged again. Click Export CSV to save the list.

Open the eBay Flow Lister and click Refresh from Server to load the VeRO lists. Then run Scan Store again in Boost My Listings.

VeRO Checker opens your eBay listings on hold for policy violations. For each one it sends the item number, title, violation text, and supplier link to DropFlowLister to improve the shared VeRO list, and then ends those listings.

Yes. VeRO Checker shows this when none of your listings are on hold for a policy violation.

Open the DropFlowLister popup in the same browser and sign in, then click Run VeRO Check again.

Duplicate Cleaner groups listings that share a SKU and keeps the one with the most sales, views, and watchers. It shows a preview, and only ends the others after you click Confirm & End All.

Scan first N pages limits Listing Sanitizer or Duplicate Cleaner to that many Seller Hub pages. Enter 0 to scan your whole store. Duplicate Cleaner starts at 1 page and Listing Sanitizer at 0.

Boost My Listings can't restore ended listings. To bring an item back, relist it from Seller Hub → Listings → Ended on eBay.

Click Configure next to Schedule. For each workflow, tick Enable, set Start Time (24h), and choose Repeat Every (1 to 24 hours).

End & Sell Similar runs first, and Bulk Revise waits until it finishes. The two can't run at the same time.

Yes. Schedules run from the extension's background, so the dashboard tab can be closed. Chrome must be open and your computer awake at the scheduled time. Schedules use your computer's local time zone.

Debug mode shows a floating status badge on the eBay tab and writes detailed steps to the browser console. Use it only when support asks for details.

Some groups may not have ended fully. Any group still showing END or ⚠ Retry wasn't finished, so re-run it before you click I've Verified — Close.

The eBay tab didn't load after several tries. Check your internet connection and that eBay loads normally, then run the workflow again.

Optimize closet checks each loaded Poshmark listing against your rules. Listings old enough with enough impressions are relisted so they look fresh. Old listings with too few impressions are deleted, if deletion is on.

The optimizer uses Poshmark's own Copy Listing → Replace Original. A new copy goes live and the original is removed. Poshmark keeps the likes with this method.

Min days listed (default 60) protects newer listings: anything younger is left alone. Min impressions (default 30) splits older listings: at or above it they're relisted, below it they're deleted. Both are required.

Yes. By default, old listings below the impression floor are deleted. To only relist, open ⚙ Settings, turn off Delete listings below the impression floor, and click Save.

Yes. The Closet Optimizer can delete active Poshmark listings that match your filters, such as old listings below Min impressions. Review Min days listed, Min impressions, and the delete settings in ⚙ Settings before you run it. Deleting can't be undone. If you only want to clear out inactive listings, use Remove Inactive Listings instead.

When it's on, the optimizer deletes every Not For Sale listing it loads, with no criteria check. It's off by default. Sold listings are never touched.

By default, the optimizer only touches listings with a fresh green Flow Tracker badge, so it doesn't relist items that may be out of stock. A badge older than Tracked-only: hours since last tracked (default 48) is stale. Turn on Optimize without tracking to include every loaded in-stock listing.

Don't relist again within (days) (default 30) skips any listing the optimizer relisted within that many days. Set it to 0 to allow repeats.

Limit — how many listings to load caps how many listings one run works on. 0 means the whole closet. Use a small number, like 10, to test.

DELETE ALL listings — ignore tracking deletes every listing the run loads, ignoring all rules. You must type DELETE ALL to confirm. It can't be undone, and sold listings are never touched.

Items are skipped when their tracker badge is stale or missing, when they were relisted within the cooldown, or when they have an active offer Poshmark won't let you relist. Newer listings under Min days listed are also left alone. Skipped listings aren't changed.

A size of a multi-size listing has sold, so Poshmark won't let the listing be relisted or deleted. The tile shows ◈ VARIATION SOLD and the listing is kept as it is.

A new copy went live, but the original couldn't be removed. Find the original listings in your closet and delete them on Poshmark by hand.

No in-stock listings are loaded on the page. Open your own closet on the Available view, scroll or run Track Items to load listings, then click Optimize closet again.

Click the ↻ button on the listing's tile in your closet ("Optimize this listing with your current settings"). You can't do this while a full run is going.

The optimizer opens each listing's page to read its stats, like impressions, before it decides. It also waits between items. This makes runs slower but safer.

The optimizer only uses Poshmark's built-in Copy Listing feature. Poshmark sets its own rules on relisting and sharing.

Remove Inactive Listings opens your Poshmark closet and runs the Poshmark Purger. It checks each inactive listing's days listed, likes, impressions, and buyer offers, and deletes the ones that match all your rules. It only removes inactive Poshmark listings.

No. Remove Inactive Listings only removes inactive Poshmark listings that match your rules. The tool that can delete active listings is the Closet Optimizer, so review its filters before you run it.

After you start the tool, the Poshmark Purger window opens on your closet. Fill in Min days listed, Max likes, Max impressions, and Max buyer offers, then click Save. An inactive listing must be at least that old and at or under every Max you set.

Blank means "ignore this rule." 0 is a real rule meaning "none at all," so Max likes 0 only matches listings with no likes.

You saved the Purger window with no rules, so the run was refused and nothing was deleted. Start again and set at least one rule, such as Min days listed.

With Min days listed at 0, inactive listings that were just created or relisted can be deleted if they match your other rules. Relisting resets Days Listed to 0. Set it above 0 to protect new listings.

No. Sold listings are always skipped. Multi-size listings where one size sold can't be deleted on Poshmark, so the Purger sets them to Not For Sale instead.

No. DropFlowLister can't bring back deleted listings, and the confirm box warns "This cannot be undone." Deleted Poshmark listings can't be restored.

Use the PURGER panel in the bottom-right corner of your closet. Click ⏸ Pause to pause and ▶ Resume to continue, or ⏹ Stop to end the run.

The Purger checks each listing's stats and then waits a random 8–15 seconds before the next one. This acts more like a person and is gentler on Poshmark.

This means your Poshmark sign-in token wasn't found, so deletes fail and the Failed count rises. Stop the run, refresh your closet, make sure you're signed in to Poshmark, and start again.

Auto Order helps you buy each sale from your supplier with fewer steps. For eBay sales, it opens the supplier product from the eBay order page, starts checkout, and fills in the buyer's address. You can change the quantity, send a delivery-date message, and add a note before you place the order, or turn on Place order automatically (skip final click). It can also record the sale, mark the order shipped, and restore the listing quantity. Poshmark sales have their own Auto Order button on the Poshmark sale page.

Auto Order has checkout flows for Amazon, Walmart, and AliExpress. Suppliers with complex CAPTCHA steps or unusual payment pages may need you to finish checkout by hand.

Auto Order supports amazon.com and amazon.ca today.

Auto Order reads the listing's SKU (Custom label). A plain Amazon ASIN, or the coded SKU DropFlowLister writes when it lists, points to the supplier product. If eBay hides the SKU, click Get SKU.

Open the eBay order's full details and click Place Auto Order on the DropFlow panel. Auto Order opens the supplier product and clicks Buy Now, then fills the address at checkout. Review the order and click Place Order unless you turned on automatic placing.

With this setting on, the main button copies an order link to your clipboard instead of opening the supplier. You can paste the link into another browser or send it to a helper.

Copy Buyer saves the buyer's full shipping details, and Import Buyer on the Amazon address form pastes them in. When you're signed in, the copy syncs to your DropFlowLister account, so you can import it on another computer. If you're not signed in, it's saved on that computer only.

Checkout as Gift picks Amazon's gift option so the buyer doesn't see the supplier price. Gift Message is the slip text and Gift Message Sender is the "From" name. Both default to "-".

This setting lets Amazon's Place Order be clicked for you after the address is filled, so you don't get a final review. It saves time but spends money with no last check. Turn it on only after several orders go through correctly.

Auto Bookkeeping sends the finished order to DropFlowLister Bookkeeping. Mark eBay order as shipped automatically clicks Mark as Shipped on eBay. Write note on eBay order adds an internal note with your name from Your Name (for notes).

Send ETA message (AI) sends the eBay buyer an AI-written delivery message after the supplier confirms the order. For manual messages, Copy Message uses a template you can edit, with {{Customer_Name}} and {{Delivery_Date}} as fill-ins. ETA messages don't use credits.

The ± pill on the panel lets you pick a quantity from 1 to 10. Clicking it opens the active listing, and the Qty Updater adds that quantity back so the item stays in stock.

Amazon Email in the popup's eBay Settings records which Amazon account placed the order. It's added to the eBay order note so you can find the order later.

Auto Order uses Chrome's debugger permission to click Amazon buttons the way a person would. Chrome shows that bar while it's in use. It's expected and goes away when the step ends.

The listing's SKU isn't a plain Amazon ASIN or a DropFlowLister-coded SKU, so Auto Order can't tell which product to buy. Open the supplier product yourself, and fix the SKU on the listing for future orders.

Auto Order can't see the buyer's address on the page you're on. Open the order's full details view in Seller Hub and try again.

The supplier page now shows a different product than your SKU expects. Compare both products in the dialog, and continue only if it's the exact item the buyer bought.

Clip the coupon yourself on the supplier page, or click Continue without coupon to keep going.

Auto Order couldn't fill or confirm the address on the supplier checkout. Open the address form, click Import Buyer or type the address, and finish the order yourself.

The supplier page didn't respond as expected. It may need an option chosen, a payment check, or the item may be out of stock. Fix what the page asks for and click the button yourself.

AliExpress needs something fixed on its page, often an address field. Check the form for red errors, fix them, and click Pay Now yourself.

Walmart showed an error during checkout, such as an address or payment issue. Read the details under the message, fix it on Walmart's page, and finish the order.

No. Auto Order is included in every DropFlowLister plan. You just need an active plan or trial.

The DropFlow true profit row equals your eBay order earnings minus the supplier order total. It appears in eBay's earnings box once both numbers are known.

Yes, for eBay orders. DropFlowLister sends automated buyer messages: with Send ETA message (AI) on, Auto Order sends the buyer an AI-written delivery message after the supplier confirms the order. You can also copy an editable message template with Copy Message.

No. DropFlowLister doesn't upload tracking numbers automatically. When your supplier ships, add the tracking number to the marketplace order yourself. DropFlowLister does automate supplier price and stock tracking and buyer messages.

Bookkeeping is a dashboard in the DropFlowLister web app that tracks your sales and profit for eBay and Poshmark, together or one at a time. For each sale it shows the sale price, marketplace fee, supplier cost, fulfillment cost, and true profit. The Sales Overview shows your totals for all time or a date range. The extension adds sales to it after you order them from your supplier with Auto Order.

In the extension popup, pick eBay or Poshmark in the marketplace dropdown and click the Bookkeeping card. The web app opens on that marketplace's section at app.dropflowlister.com.

eBay orders placed with Place Auto Order are recorded when Auto Bookkeeping is on. Poshmark orders placed with the Auto Order button on a Poshmark sale page are recorded from Amazon Order History. Amazon orders you start some other way are skipped.

Open an eBay order, click the gear on the DropFlow Auto Order panel, and turn on Auto Bookkeeping. Check that Store Name is right, because it labels each sale.

Check that you're signed in to the extension and have enough credits, then reopen the supplier's order page. If you see "Queued locally for retry", the sale is kept in your browser for now. See the Bookkeeping troubleshooting article for each message.

You don't need to. Sales are logged automatically, marketplace fees are worked out for you, and supplier costs come from your Auto Orders. In the Bookkeeping dashboard, you can set a default fulfillment cost or change it on each order. You can't add a sale by hand.

Yes. The Bookkeeping dashboard in the DropFlowLister web app has a one-click CSV export. It includes the date, order number, sale price, fees, supplier cost, and profit for each order, ready for your accountant or tax preparation. The extension itself has no export button.

Store Name labels each eBay sale with your store in Bookkeeping. It fills in from the seller name on the eBay page, and you can change it.

Yes. Bookkeeping is included in every DropFlowLister plan, and saving a sale doesn't use credits. It needs a signed-in DropFlowLister account. If you ever see an "Insufficient credits" message when saving a sale, email contact@dropflowlister.com.

True profit is your sales revenue minus marketplace fees, cost of goods, and fulfillment costs. Supplier costs come from your Auto Orders, and fees come from the marketplace's records. You can set a default fulfillment cost or change it on each order.

Check Offers collects the offers on your Poshmark offers page and saves them to the Offer Collector Dashboard. For each offer it looks up the matching Amazon product, so you can see the supplier price, stock, and delivery before you answer on Poshmark.

No. Check Offers only collects and shows offers; you accept, decline, or counter them on Poshmark yourself.

In the popup, choose Poshmark and click Check Offers. Poshmark's offers page opens and collection starts on its own. You can also set Collect offers from last on the page and click Start.

Collect offers from last sets how many days back to collect, from 1 to 365. The default is 3 days.

The Amazon product card shows the current price, stock status, and delivery info when found. When both prices are known, it also shows a profit comparison against the Poshmark price.

Use the status menu to show All Status, Pending, Accepted, Declined, or Expired offers; it starts on Pending. Type in Search by title, seller, or buyer... to find a specific offer.

Click Export on the Offer Collector Dashboard. Two files download at once: poshmark-offers-<date>.json and poshmark-offers-<date>.csv.

Use the delete action on a row to remove one offer, or click Clear All to remove every collected offer. Clear All can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy.

"Partial Data" means Check Offers found the Amazon product but couldn't read all its details. "SKU Not Available" means the Poshmark listing has no SKU, so it can't be matched to Amazon.

Yes. Bundle offers show a "Bundle (N items)" badge, and the list price shows each item's price when you hover over it.

Yes. On the Offer Collector panel, click Pause to pause, Resume to continue, or Stop to end the run.

You may have no offers in the days you chose, or you may not be signed in to Poshmark. Raise the days value, check that the Poshmark offers page shows offers, and click Start again.

On a Poshmark sale page, DropFlowLister adds Copy SKU, a Copy seller name icon, Auto Order, Get Auto Order Link, Relist, and an order note card. Bundle pages show each item's SKU with an Open Amazon Listing for this SKU link.

Copy SKU copies the sold listing's SKU to your clipboard. The Copy seller name icon copies the name shown next to it on the order.

Click Auto Order on the sale page. The Amazon product opens, you pick a size if needed and click Buy Now, and the tool moves through cart to checkout. You review and click Place Order, and the tool then saves the sale to Bookkeeping from Amazon Order History.

Get Auto Order Link copies a link that starts the Amazon Auto Order when opened. It's handy if someone else places orders on another computer.

The Poshmark Auto Order flow stops at Amazon checkout so you can check the address, payment, and item before money is spent. You'll see "⚠️ Please review the order details and click "Place Order" button to complete the purchase".

The sold listing has no SKU, so the tool can't find the Amazon product. Refresh the page, check the listing's SKU, or find the product on Amazon yourself.

The Amazon page needs you to pick a size (if there is one) and click Buy Now within 15 seconds. If time runs out, you'll see "Time expired. Auto order cancelled." and can start again.

After you place the order, the tool opens Amazon Order History, reads the order details, and saves the sale with your true profit. You'll see "✅ Sale recorded successfully! True Profit: $X".

No. Poshmark order bookkeeping doesn't use credits. Only listings use credits. If saving a sale ever shows "❌ Insufficient credits. Please purchase more credits.", email contact@dropflowlister.com.

Amazon hasn't shown the new order yet, or you're signed in to a different Amazon account. Wait a minute, check the account, and refresh Order History.

The tool reads Poshmark's Pricing and earning info panel and counts every "Less:" row between Price and Net Earnings as a deduction. If the panel isn't shown, it uses the gap between the item price and Your Earnings. Poshmark sets the fee itself. The DropFlowLister website lists the Poshmark fee as 20%, but the tool uses the exact amount Poshmark shows for the sale.

Each sale gets a note card with Amazon account email, Amazon order #, Amazon ETA, and free notes. Notes save automatically for that order only, and the Amazon order number and ETA fill in after an Auto Order. Notes are stored in this browser.

The ASIN Manager collects ASINs (Amazon's 10-character product IDs) from Amazon search result pages and saves them. You can then send them to Flow Lister for Poshmark or scrape full product details. Open it from the popup: Poshmark → ASIN Manager.

Open an Amazon search results page, then open the popup and go to Poshmark → ASIN Manager. Set your options and click Extract ASINs. You can close the popup while it runs; it ends with "Extraction complete! Found N ASINs."

Max Delivery Days (default 3) only saves products Amazon says can arrive within that many days. Start From Page (1–100) skips ahead to that results page first. Pages to Extract (1–20) sets how many results pages to read.

Yes. Click Stop while extraction runs. The ASINs found so far stay saved.

Extraction only works when the current tab is an Amazon search results page on amazon.com or amazon.ca. Open a search results page, let it load, and try again.

The ASIN Manager works on amazon.com (USA) and amazon.ca (Canada). Imported links use the Amazon site from your region setting.

Import to Dropflow sends your saved ASINs, as Amazon links, to Flow Lister for Poshmark (the Poshmark Bulk Lister page). It opens that page, or brings it to the front if it's already open.

You don't have any saved ASINs yet. Click Extract ASINs on an Amazon search page, wait for it to finish, then click Import to Dropflow.

In Poshmark → ASIN Manager, click Clear All. You'll see "All ASINs cleared." This only removes the saved ASIN list.

Extract Amazon Product Info opens the Amazon Product Scraper in a new tab. Paste Amazon product links, one per line, and click Start Scraping to pull detailed product data for each one. Your session saves automatically.

On the Amazon Product Scraper page, click Export CSV or Export JSON to download a file. Click Export to Dropflow to save the products to your DropFlowLister account; you must be signed in.

Add to AI Optimizer adds that one product to the queue for Flow Lister for Poshmark. You'll see "✓ ASIN … added to AI Optimizer queue," and the button changes to Already Added.

You already added that product, so it isn't added twice. Open Flow Lister for Poshmark to work with your queue.

Start From Page resets to 1 every time you open the popup on purpose. A remembered page number could silently skip the first pages of your next, unrelated search.

The DropFlowLister extension runs on the DropFlowLister website to pass data between them. It loads products you scraped into the site's AI optimization page and offers to resume unfinished website bulk jobs.

ASINs from the ASIN Manager's Import to Dropflow button go to the Poshmark Flow Lister in the extension. Bulk listing starts from the extension, so run it from Flow Lister.

"Resume Bulk Listing?" means a bulk listing job started from the website didn't finish. Click Resume Listing to continue it, or Clear Jobs to remove it.

The Market Trends Dashboard shows weekly trending Poshmark products in your DropFlowLister dashboard. Products are ranked by margin and sales speed, and each shows the supplier cost, Poshmark fee, and estimated profit. Click Source to send a product to your listing workflow.

First, refresh the page and check that you're signed in with an active plan, because DropFlowLister hides its tools when your plan isn't active. If the panel is still missing, reload DropFlowLister at chrome://extensions and refresh the page again.

This message means DropFlowLister updated or reloaded while the page was open, so the page lost its connection. Press F5 to refresh the page, then try again.

These messages mean DropFlowLister's background part stopped. Go to chrome://extensions, click the reload icon on DropFlowLister, then refresh the page and try again.

This message means DropFlowLister's background part restarted during a step. Try again, and if it keeps happening, reload DropFlowLister at chrome://extensions.

This message means a tab used for the listing closed or lost its connection mid-step. Don't close tabs that DropFlowLister opens during a run, and retry the product.

This message means the supplier or marketplace page didn't finish loading in time. Check your internet connection, lower your threads, and retry.

These DropFlowLister messages mean the supplier showed an error page or couldn't be reached. Open the product link yourself to check it works, check your connection, and retry.

This message means the supplier or server took too long to answer. Wait a minute and retry.

The supplier wants to check you're a person, and this check comes from the supplier, not DropFlowLister. Complete the check in the tab that opens, and the run continues by itself.

A soft ban or cooldown is when a supplier blocks you for a while because many pages loaded too fast. The supplier sets this limit, not DropFlowLister, so lower your threads and take breaks between big runs.

Chrome slows down tabs that are in the background or in minimized windows to save power. Keep the Flow Lister tab visible for the fastest runs.

"Optimize for Slow Computers" is an eBay Flow Lister setting. It gives pages more time to load between steps, so runs are steadier on slower computers. Turn it on if runs stall or skip steps on your computer.

Chrome blocked DropFlowLister from using the clipboard on that page. Click the lock icon next to the web address, set Clipboard to Allow, and refresh the page.

Click the up arrow on a request to vote, and click it again to remove your vote. The list is sorted by votes, so popular ideas rise to the top. Each account has one vote per request.

"Voting closed" means the request is Completed, so voting is turned off. "Please log in to vote" means you aren't signed in; sign in from the popup and try again.

The Title must be 5–80 characters. The Description must be 20–1,000 characters. Category is optional.

Requests are listed by vote count, and the team marks the ones it plans next as Up Next. Requests are reviewed by the team, and you'll see the status update.

DropFlowLister saves settings, prompts, and run progress in your browser, and saves stores, templates, shipping policies, credits, and listing history to your DropFlowLister account. DropFlowLister keeps this data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting reasons, then deletes or anonymizes it. DropFlowLister uses storage to save your settings, prompts, progress, and results in your browser. Large bulk runs and image data can go past Chrome's normal limit, so it also asks for unlimited storage.

A DropFlowLister report sends the text you write and any screenshots you add. VeRO suggestions are reviewed by an admin before they're added to the shared list.

Yes. Listing and usage data is sent to DropFlowLister's servers to power features like duplicate blocking and to improve and train AI models. This data is encrypted and secured.

DropFlowLister is built to follow marketplace rules, including VeRO protection on eBay listings. Still, some marketplaces and suppliers limit or ban automated tools. You decide whether, how, and on which accounts to use each DropFlowLister automation feature, and you accept the risk. If a site's rules ban a feature, don't use that feature on that site. In the Report window, choose VERO Suggestion. Paste an Amazon product link that shows the brand, enter the brand keywords separated by commas, and click Submit VERO suggestion. Once an admin approves it, the brand is added to the VeRO list that protects every DropFlowLister user.

Open the Report window, choose the report type, and click Your recent submissions. Each row shows the title or keywords, the status, and the date.
